Zip HydroTap

Good addition to the kitchen it is useful to have 'on tap' boiling water. The cost of the annual maintenance contract is excessive ($3000 over 6 years for an initial outlay of $1800 for the Mini-boil). There is a small design flaw as the pump/motor drive shaft failed twice in 4 years.

I wish I had a separate unfiltered tap spout. The spout doesn't work well for washing out the sink. Insufficient pressure and too small a "column of flow. It needs a standard outlet.
And the filter has already said it needs to be replaced. Three staff and not all using it many times a day.

Efficient and courteous with the work and responded very well. Ive had my hydro tap more then 10 years. I had it serviced couple of times cause it was outside, solved the problem by placing a shelter. Ever since its working with no problems

We have owned a Zip tap for over 15 years, at our last service the service person took a photo of our credit card, front and back, for processing the payment by Zip. 3 days later our credit card was compromised by a number of unauthorized online transactions. 2 weeks after reporting this to ZIP we still have not heard back from them on their privacy policy and how they handle our credit card information - Do not allow them to photograph your CCV.

The All in One Hydrotap is a stylish addition our kitchen and it is great having the option of boiling, sparkling or chilled water rapidly on hand.
We wouldnt want to be without it now.

The item breaks down a lot
We have to flick the power switch a lot to reset the machine
The Gas Bottles really do not last that long
The Hot Botton freezes and staff can not use the tap

The hydrotap is great and we wouldn't be without it for convenience .We have had the Hydrotap for approx 3 years and in that time we have had three hot water pump motors. What happens when the warranty runs out and the pump may go again ? it appears to me that there is a problem with that particular component

Great product, no problems, never missed a beat, The unit looks great, We have 5 of these units servicing our entire site of 350 people and not one issue since they were installed.

Great service and product the Co2 is the best part and no kettle to clog bench a very happy consumer do not think I could cope without my Mr Zip

We actually love the system but it has a tendency to be unreliable at times. It was installed by your people. We had a repair man around who came back about 3 times replaced quite a lot of parts just in the warranty period, came back to check it about a week ago said it had, had a fault on it and would change a part but it was now out of warranty, I phoned the office and explained the situation, the lady said she would contact the manager, but as yet we haven't heard anything. The unit is still working though.

the Hydro tap is wonderful, it is expensive to run. we use it constantly and since I am disabled it saves me from standing for too long. The cold water is also great. Good product

We find the Zip hot and cold water dispenser very easy to use and very convenient. Recently the pump failed which was replaced. So all is good at the moment.
The fact that it filters and provides hot and cold water continually is excellent.

We feel it is very convenient, and use it frequently. We love the chilled water aspect but feel the boiling water only does about 3 cups before needing to refill.

Replacement Chill tap extra installed about three months ago. Already the chill tap is starting to stick in the on position and has to be physically turned off. We fear that it will progressively deteriorate further to the point where it may seize altogether. The $314.55 below represents agreed replacement price.

We got our ZIP Tap now since over 10 years, and all the necessary maintenance was always done within a short time of notice. We are and were happy with your various technicians.

it gets used ALL the time! Only once had to call for service - it required a new solenoid. Had it three years now. Tells you when to replace filter. Great to use boiling water for quickly rinsing knives etc that are used frequently.

love it and can not do without it. We truly use it all the time.
When I leave home I always have a flask of hot water with me and also normal water

Love how my zip tap is seamless in my kitchen (barely notice its even there) but my most used appliance. It never fails and there follow up service is A1. Thank you zip hydro :))
