The unit display says normal operation, but we cant get hot water from the tap. The chilled water is working ok. The red light is solid indicating hot water is there and when you press the tap you can hear a little click sound, but no hot water comes out.

How much chilled and boiling water can be dispensed at once? Newly installed, chilled delivers approx 800ml, then turns off, lights flash if I turn on again then it takes some time until chilled water is available again.

We have model No 1051AU0H0ZN1 and we replaced gas cylinder following instructions re purging and adjusted the regulator to 2.7bars but it keeps keeping up into red zone. Do we have a faulty regulator? Cheers Geoff

I have an Elite unit. It's stopped dispensing hot water. Still dispenses the ambient water. I can hear it heating up. The red light is constantly on but when I press the safety button & the boiling water button nothing comes out. I tried switching off for 5mins but still the same issue. Any help?

I believe 1 cylinder is good for 100 litres
My cylinder was replaced by a technician on 6th March - 4 weeks ago- and is now only dispensing 100ml of flat water. There is only my husband and I in the apartment and we do not overuse it. What could be the problem?

Thank you for your questions, with our residential Co2 cylinder you are looking at approximately 100 to 120 litres. Also we need to factor in the Co2 adjustable valve and assess how it has been set up.

I have a older zip HydroTap hot and cold I have no cold or hot water coming through the tap, both lights on but still no water, I’ve turned the unit on and off and left for a hour nothing changes except it runs hot water when i 1st turn it back on.

I have a zip hydro tap Celsius AIO BCS. Since we changed the filter the filtered water output flow rate is a frustratingly slow dribble - approximately 25% of the flow rate it was before. All other aerated water, boiling water etc are flowing fine, it’s just the filtered drinking water with the issue. I have removed the filter and re installed again and performed a filter flush process to no avail.
Any ideas on how to resolve?

Hi - wondering if anyone has had the same issue and resolved it. We have a Celsius all in one - installed in Nov 19 and no issues until now. The lights on the tap are now flashing constantly (rapidly) and no water is dispensed. The filter is above 50% remaining. Has anyone seen this with theirs? Appreciate any advice

I have a Hydro G4 Arc BA Residential unit. It's stopped dispensing hot water. Still dispenses the ambient water. I can hear it heating up. It clicks when hottap function is pulled forward or pushed backward, but nothing comes out. I tried switching off for 5mins but still the same issue. I replaced the filter last week and it was working fine til today. No other signs that there is something wrong on the display...... need a cuppa.... please help!!!

Hi Ali Martins,
Thank you for your question, firstly we need to know the serial and model number of the Hydrotap you have purchased. We will send you a private message to gain additional information. Depending on the model, there will be a carbonation adjustable valve on top of the “sparkling outlet” fitting (which is located on the top of the command center). On one side of the valve, you will be able to fit an Allen key or a flathead screwdriver. Turning this valve anti-clockwise will increase the flow and carbonation level.
