I have a 3m wide x 6m lap pool with a 2.1x2.1 ledge(for the kids) would you recommend this or the Zodiac vx40? thanks

Yes definitely. My pool is 12m x 3m and has a long bench seat which it gets up onto and cleans.

Hi just bought the cx35 and looks great, but I was under the impression that it had a timer and 6 control cleaning settings. I see there is a +/- 0.5hr cycle duration button. How long is the original cleaning cycle?? I thought it could be set to come on at a specified time?? Thanks. Mike

Hi Mike. The CX20 has the following:

15m floating cable suitable for pools up to10m x 5m
2 cleaning settings: Floor only 1hr30 or Floor + walls 2hrs
Push n' Go - easy access to filter canister

Is this the equivalent of the Barracuda Captura or is the Captura the same as the CX20?

Hi Centralian, The CX20 is a similar unit to the Captura. The Captura is exclusive to Bunnings. They can help you with any pricing etc. Thanks.

Hi there,

My CX35 is five months old I use it about once a week or once a fortnight, the last couple of times I have used it, it has thrown the right drive track completely off of the cleaner, wondering why this is happening and is there something that can stop this from happening? I have a 10m fibreglass pool

was there any further word on why it threw its track off as mine has done the same thing and it has been a very poor "climber" of the pool wall. pretty disappointed actually, wouldnt buy it again.

HI, I am currently looking around for a robotic cleaner for my 11m x 4.5m fiberglass pool. My local pool shop has some robotic cleaners which are out of my price range, hence how I came onto your website. I currently have got a Zodiac Barracuda cleaner which would have to be about 20 years old, it is costing me too much to run as it needs to be on for many hours each day to keepthe pool clean. The questions that I have are: 1. As I am in Canberra do you have an agent in Canberra? 2. What is the main difference between the CX35 and the CX20?

The data sheets will tell you the difference I have the cx35 great on filtration very through

I just got mine a few days ago but it does not climb any higher then my fibre glass lip around the middle of pool nor does it go up the stairs and clean like it states it does so I. That regard we are very disappointed.
In regards to the bottom of the pool it does a fantastic job.
Yes all my levels are fine and there is no reason other then it doesn’t do what is is made out to do.
