Cheap and reliable
Went out to discover we had a flat. I rang up roadside and our roadside guy was there within 30 minutes and we were supplied with a real-time map to see where he was. Could not ask for any more - great service
Stay away from 24/7 roadside
Call them for assistance and they will send out a bunch of craps. Better pay a premium and go for someone reliable.
They got me a battery that was overpriced and when I questioned about it, I was told that it was the mechanic who sold it and not the company. They aren't responsible for it, so I will have to deal with the mechanic directly.
Google them and you won't find much information about them online apart from the website. No online reviews or social media presence.

Best service ever
They very good company and also very fast service. I called them early in the morning for assistance. They are very professional with the job they doing. Very recommended for motorists.

24/7 Roadservices have been great on both occasions I have needed them. Today they told me help would arrive within the hour. The guy was there in 25 minutes. The job was harder than expected, but he persevered, was skilled and competent, and there were no additional charges. I'm really happy with this service.

You get what you pay for!
Unlike other roadside groups, they won't refund a defunct policy. I renewed for 2 years ($110) recently then my old car died and I didn't need roadside anymore as it is covered with my new car purchase - no refund. But, I guess, at least I can swap to someone else.
The girls on the phones are nice but sometimes it takes FOREVER to get past the hold music.
The only time I've needed a call out, the guy took 2 hours, rather than their promised 1 hour.
Obviously a very small group with few mechanics.
It's half the price of NRMA usually but at the moment NRMA have a deal on - I'd go with them.

Don't sign up with this useless service
they never help you if you breakdown instead of helping you the man never even tried just shone a torch and left...but told them that he did help when he didn't...

Simply the worst service and worst customer service
I broke down. They told me that there was no recovery service to tow me that day. I was left stranded. I have since called to discuss and cancel policy. The will not allow me to finish a sentence, saying I must put it in writing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you use this service
Customer support worse first answer we can’t help you
My fule tank lock is not opening I make a call and fule is in dead situation. Customer service reply we are busy at the moment better go to nearest service station we can’t help you at this .What the meaning of being member westage of money and worse company...

Lying to the customers for service that they cant provide
I have been a customer for 4 years. 2,5 years ago I had a flat battery and call for the service. The guy came and said I need to buy a new battery so I bought a new battery from them and warranty was 3 years and a few months. 2,5 years later I had again a flat battery called the service the guy wouldnt replace the battery (it was still under the warranty) saying that they replay the battery IF its faulty!!! But if its flat its not covered by warranty.
Seriously??? Obviously most of the time people have a flat battery not a faulty. So so disappointed and yes the phone customer service is very very poor!!!

am i on the same planet
i have had three occs when i have needed their help and on each occasian was very pleased with their services.they were courteous c,prompt and very helpful and i have recommended them to my teenage children
worst cover
left me stranded in the middle of nsw when my car broke down on holiday. rude & unhelpful on the phone. when I called to complain they were basically like bad luck. and no you can't get a refund.

It happened with me as well, very brutal Customer service . the customer service lady was very rude.
This company need to shutdown.
I call them for Flat tyre and they said me that we can't do service because this is existing problem & can't refund money.
They don't even deserve 1 star.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT
I had been with 247 about 4 years and had made no call outs. I woke up one morning with a flat battery I looked at my 247 card and noticed my policy renewal was 8 days overdue due so I rang their Administration Department and paid to renew my policy. I asked this person if I would have immediate cover if I had a flat battery and she said yes

Read more problem when you paid your renewal and she put the phone down on me. I called consumer affairs and they told me if 247 accepted my money to renew my policy then I was covered and they should come out to look at my flat battery and if they dIdnt come out I could take the matter further, or I could or ask for a refund. I rang 247 administrations and spoke to the same girl who had renewed my policy I told her what Consumer affairs had told me. She abruptly told me well I will cancel your policy and refund your money. I had been with them 4 years, they accepted my renewal but wouldn’t give me the service I paid for!Completely unreasonable. Beware.
I called these guys for the first time in two years. I had a flat battery. The mechanic gave me a jump start and said they would come back if the car didn’t start that afternoon to come home. I called them up when it didn’t start and they told me I wasn’t entitled to a call out for the same issue. I was left stranded! I would never have gone if I knew I could get another jumpstart.
Customer Service was completely devoid of understanding of a situation they created. Denying that their mechanic had given me that advice.
Don’t waste your time with this company. It’s worth paying extra to get peace of mind.

Brutal Customer Service
As a roadside assistance member I called their 1800008 616 number for requesting emergence fuel.
At the time of my call my wife was in the car with two kids (Age 5 and 6) while fuel indicator was showing 2km. Most nearest service station was 3 km away.
They refused to provide me emergency fuel as I could still go 2km and asked me to drive 2km and call them back after car stopped.
When I called them back in few minutes time the same lady who picked my call earlier said I was lying to them and they can not provide emergency fuel to me.
My advice is to stay away from this dodgy company.Do not go for cheap services like this.
