Had a young man "Nathan" who installed around 50 globes. A very well presented man with expensive knowledge who conducted a tremendous effort in short time. Well done. Couldn't be happier. Thanks.

Highly recommended, the electrician was early and very clean and professional in his work. This is a great service for replacing halogen downlights with LED. Very happy with the result.

I was a little sceptical when I read about the offer to change out my household halogen lights for LED's but I am so glad that I decided to go ahead. The young electrician, Dimitri, was just excellent and did a really great job. There were no 'hidden extras' and he made sure that I was totally satisfied with his work before finishing. I have nothing but high praise for him and the company he works for.

There is not a bad word to say about Accredited and their customer service. The young man who installed our lights was wonderful, the lights look so much nicer than what we had, and the customer service after the fact was second to none.

Beware!! Had 24 downlights installed two weeks ago. Were all working on the day of installation. The day after, one stopped working. A week later another stopped working. Now the third has gone. Sometimes they come back on. Tried organising for them to come back to fix the problem. They won't come. All they will do is send out one new globe. Not sure why I only get one when three are obviously faulty. But apparently they don't even have the globes in stock! No transformers were replaced on installation. I think I wasted my money on these people. Am going to seek assistance from Fair Trading.

Benjamin was excellent, friendly, courteous and efficient. At first and with me checked where new lights were to go and upon completion reviewed again with me what he had done. There was no mess, old globes taken away, everyone worked and they are just 'brilliant'...thank you and would recommend accordingly.

Had 60 Halogen lights replaced by Dimitri, the electrician. Good communication, reliable service, cleaned up after the job and took away all the old globes. Came back to replace a few lights which would work better on a dimmer switch. Too easy and extremely cost effective. Already seeing a drop in the electricity bill.

Had 35 bulbs replaced, electrician turned up on time and was extremely professional in the way he want about replacing the bulbs. looking forward to the savings. Would highly recommend this service to everyone.

Worst experience ever, difficult to get them to commit to an appointment, then they did not show up. Then they made another Appointment for two days time and once AGAIN, did NOT SHOW UP ! They also did not have the courtesy to telephone either. They argued that they would organise another time for the next day, but as I pointed out, only a fool would trust them after 2 broken promises. Better off paying the extra and having your own electrician do the job.

16 halogen downlights replaced and working ok. Very good service provided, no fuss, and much appreciated. The previous calls to book the service at a convenient time also very helpful.

Electrician was fast and friendly. 26 new LED’s. Makes house look new. Great service. Also had dimmers installed and now I have much cheaper bills. This is a great government initiative. Very professional company as well.

The service was prompt, courteous and was carried out in a most constructive manner. However, I can only assume that the quality of the globes is very low as so many times when I switch on the lights they do not come on. I have to switch them off and on a few times before they all come on. This is extremely disappointing.

Got mine done in August 18. After 30' of talking to the sale guy on the phone, I received another phone call to make appointment to come and install/change to LED in 2 days (they can even do Saturday, which is great). Electrician turned up on time, did everything nicely n quickly, and even went out of his way to fit all the globes in properly since the roof structure of my house wasn't ideal. Invoice and post installation docs received within minutes after signing off. Lights still bright and shine. Happy :).
