Mobile broadband was just suspended because we had gone over by $129 and we "might" be a credit risk. What a joke out account wasn't behind. Glad the other services don't run their business like this absolute joke of a company. Stay away from them and the coverage was pathetic anyway. Back to Telstra for me.

bad coverage and terrible customer service

I have somehow opted to receive a regular 'Premium Mobile Service' on my tablet, which is some sort of regular subscription. I have no idea what exactly I signed up for or how, but ACN Customer Service have now put a BAR on this ever happening again, and the BEST part, they have credited me for the $55 of charges, which I did not ask for or expect.
How good are they?
The fact that I didn't ask for a credit, as the charges were due to my not being aware of what I was doing, and they chose to credit the charges.

After being a Telstra business customer for many years and an Optus mobile customer so experience the incredible lack of service from both ... waiting for hours on the phone only to be cut off and have to start over again or speak to someone in India who I can hardly understand. I switched my home and business across to ACN and was amazed by their customer service. All my calls to support have been answered by a real person within one minute, the person who answered the call solved the problem, and they speak Australian!!! They even called me back 3 times to make sure my issues were resolved.
Cheaper than Telstra & Optus, prompt efficient service, staff speak Australian! Great customer service.

To come on board of ACN is to become part of a family, personal service head office is in the your country of origin, unless you promote out of your home country, you can become a rep an your own boss, all is open for you to jump on board, services are cheaper, the only the phone we do not supply are the Apple iPhone's an iPad's
