Told that 100 point safety check had been done our 10000 ks service was due so we had AHG do the service
Then told that the power steering fluid was black in colour meaning urgently needed changing,brake fluid was also in urgent need of changing,3 out of the 4 shockies were leaking and needed to be looked at or replaced ??? This was their 100 point safety check ?? Rang the service manager hahaha !! (puppet on a string) .Said he would look at the service records !!! Not a phone call back, but the good part is we won't be going back. Stay well clear !!!

Ahg have serviced my car under extended warranty what useless all 4 shockies have needed to be replaced not that they picked up on it i have a slight shudder in front end not they picked up on it they tell me exhaust hits diff what crap then they want to take engine out to do rear main $2500 quoted. Automasters $350 engine stays in car how they have a business is beyond me. Will never use or buy from ahg dealer again that's ahg Bunbury hopeless.

Unexpected behaviour from the staff member when it come to finance, being told your contract will be this much included 7.89 finance percentage after I sign it here come the another 2500 with fee and charge misleading customer .would not recommend

Took my cars to AHG for servicing for years. After a service, they had to jump-start my car and said it would be OK by the time I got home. Next day it was dead. I opened the bonnet to find the battery terminals were in a badly corroded state, yet the report was ticked as 100%. I stopped using AHG after that. Now questioning if I will ever use them for car purchase again.

We paid $50k for a Landcruiser Sahara, after having 2 pre-purchase checks. It lasted 3.5 months (6k kms) and the big end died. requiring another $30-$40k for an engine re-build or a new engine. Went and spoke to them and they are not interested. AHG are so big, they don't have to care. You are just a number, don't expect good customer service after you've parted with your money. We've young children and have been left in a terrible situation financially. The warrenty on used cars is a joke & they are just after your cash. We've taken it to Consumer Protection but they'll probably just tell us the same. I'd hate anyone else to end up in the same situation - avoid Easyauto123 at all costs, unless you are prepared to waste your money.

I was charged $13,000 to fix a fault on my truck. I had to pay before collecting but soon found to have the same fault and now tgere is a nee fault to add to tge original fault.
Now i am 2 weeks off tge road totaling losses of about $27,000. Has cripled my business and my kids cant eat. DISGRACE...AND GUESS WHAT? MY TRUCK IS STILL BROKEN

Purchased vehicle from Titan Ford, less than a month later suffered major fault. Now going through ACCC as dealership no longer considers customer as a core value. Will not be purchasing another vehicle from them again.

The car sales people here lie. We brought an car here and were told they would extend the rego for 3mths. This didnt happen. After walking out (we paid cash for the car) and realising the contract didnt include the extended rego i called to work out how to fix these. Serval unproductive calls later, the manager warren told me too bad, its not in the contract so my word vs theirs. I will never buy another car from there again.

This is my first time to AHG and never ever will go again, no complimentary wash and vacuum and they charge the same as other dealers. It's a pure deception $159 special.

After my dealings with them I'm recommending to all friends and work colleagues I work with in three large mines to stay clear of them and there warranties are not worth the paper there written on.the 2 dealers of there's I dealt with I wouldn't trust with a pushbike.

If you do move and find a way to cancel, after several months fighting I got paid out pro-rata.
I was in the "service area" for 5 months, had a 5 year plan. So you would think I would be entitled to most of that back, nope about 30-40% with their "devaluation"

Never EVER use their services, stay away.

AHG car dealers want potential buyers to sign the insurance clause to accept $2000 excess which is excessive if the accident is due to customer's fault (how is this defined?) when customers want to test drive a car even with their employee sitting next to you. I have 40 years of good track record of driving experience. This is unpalatable considering the customers are here to spend thousands of dollars. Can anyone please advise how to find non AHG dealers in Perth? I would rather not give my business to AHG.

Why buy from a dealership that changes its mind every time you talk to them and none of the workers know what is going on. They lie so much that you feel sorry for them. What a job. Rockingham Mitsubishi AHG

Car buying turned into a night mare. Avoid purchasing from AHG dealerships. Big dealership means nothing. Customer service none existent. Read everything before signing. I got warned by my friend but didn't listen. If you are coming from a distance and got a verbal confirmation of a price don't trust them or don't tell them that you are coming from a distance otherwise they say the manager found out about the price and wont allow me to sell it at this price.

Extended warranty is not worth anything and the fixed price servicing doesn't include your logbook services if you are buying extended warranty. The dealer principles run everything and AHG head office has no power or authority over them. They are rude arrogant.
Read everything you buy because the extended warranty is not under AHG and it is under a third party.
