What sort of coffee are you using?
Have you used any different kinds of coffee?

The Aldi pods. And I have used different ones to test it out.

Have reverted to filling my own pods, too many batches of genuine ALDO pods are faulty esp Abruzzia or whatever they are called. Google refilling ALDI pods, really easy, cheaper coffee, nicer and you solve problem using Woolworths coffee pod innards inside empty ALDI pods. I honestly believed ALDI were an ethical company who would not have left thousands of peeps thinking their machine was stuffed.

I believe the manifacturer warranty is 1 year. Better to check the warranty card that was in the package.

Is it a new machine, it may be faulty? Aldi will take it back for exchange no problem. I used to have one with the button on top, if that button doesn't work nothing works. The newer models have no on off button, they just turn on when you press rinse or cup.

I believe it to be 220-240V and 1455w but don't take my word for it as I am not very clued up on stuff like this

The newest machines come pre set, with two different options, but can be re-programmed. I think if you hold down the button for the new duration it is reset?

Try resetting as described in the instructions.

I don't use milk, I did however purchase the milk frother after I saw my sister use hers for when she comes over... Ridiculously easy to use

I warm my milk first in the microwave, even though we have the milk frother, as I don't like froth. You can get the milk frother to make less foam, but I figure what make the extra mess.

I have this happen often when the waste tank is full. Ensure the waste tank is empty, then opening and closing the lever a few times usually does the trick.

No, definitely not!
You will burn the milk inside the machine making unusable in one or two uses.
Only use WATER in your machine. If you want cappuccino they have milk pods you can use to make créma unfortunately they are sold as a set of coffee and cream pods.

I have pods fall through occasionally, just bring the lever back to you a tiny smidge. it's just back too far to release the pod.

NO. But we continue to use (as a second unit elsewhere) and just keep pressing on the lever. The newer unit is still OK.

Maybe check the pins on your machine (that pierce the coffee pod). Perhaps check that they are not bent or damaged? You could check by looking down the shaft or by checking the pods once they've fallen out, if the have holes in them.
The only other thing i can think of is if there may be a blockage in the pins? Maybe a flush with a cleaner might help (although i think this is unlikely the cause).

I had the same issue so contacted K-Fee thinking I had another machine falling. Every machine I have had (4) failed and has been replaced. Always happy to get a new one for free. I worked with them after receiving a number of complimentary pods and I'm confident its a casual quality issue. Insufficient internal pressure to allow the pins to puncture appropriately. If it occurs drop the pod out and puncture it about 8 times with a pointy knife. Saves loosing the money on the pod. Record the batch number and avoid purchasing the same batch number again. Report the issue (with batch number) to [email protected] and ask for replacement pods.

Hi yes our is quiet noisy also as its cleaning and pouring the water. its just mixing everything up. I don't think you have a dud.

Yes - I personally wouldn't like it any weaker.
