how the hell do you turn the unit on without a remote??
Not sure, I’ve only ever installed one unit.
Sometimes there is a manual button behind the lift up filter cover( on other brands but will only manually cool)
Others then that order anew remote would be my advice
our air-con has stopped working and is displaying the message E9. what does this indicate?
Sorry no idea, I’ve only ever installed one Stirling aircon, have no information or experience in regards to there fault codes.
Maybe contact Aldi or Stirling, I’d assume your unit should still be under warranty
My air conditioner it’s leaking water from the inside unit, what can that be?

I have no idea I’ve only installed one.
You might be able to google the fault code via the model number, or could be in your instruction manual,
Failing that you would need to contact a aircon service...
The other thing you could try is powering on and off to see if it re sets the fault, but without having the fault codes myself there is no way for me to know the fault without the information for that unit
Can i use my outdoor unit with a different brand inside unit. Are they compatible with any certain brands
No you can’t,
Indoor unit and outdoor unit has to be a pair and bought together
Matching kilowattts etc.
I can’t figure out how to get the heating working can someone please help !!!!!!!
Our unit appears to work however is not heating or cooling, we did have some bees also pay us a visit some months back and it probably hasn't worked properly since then, reading some reviews tells me unit has a serious design flaw on the outside unit allowing large insects in?

Its not working because its aldi crap the same as all Adli (Stirling) appliances. read the reviews & see how many people have had issues That are unresolved by Aldi
Hello purchased about 3 years ago and it wont blow hot or cold air? all looks to be working otherwise? It will be under warranty however not sure if I have my receipt???
Hi Jo, weve had a number of problems with our unit and are now told there are no parts available for this brand of machine in Australia. We have just purchased another brand and replaced the Stirling unit altogether at a cost of $1800

Your lucky you got 3 yrs Some only lasted 6 months
Does someone know what’s E9 and P9 means??
I would not recommend this load of junk to anyone, as soon as the temperature hits zero it stops working, not only stops working but blows cold air.
