I just had a very pleasant experience today Wednesday 15 June 2022 changing my electricity provider to Alinta Energy, which is very surprising after reading all the negative reviews here, I called on the phone and it was answered in a reasonable 10 - 15 minutes by a friendly and professional lady called 'Jordan' who handled my application to transfer from Energy Australia to Alinta Energy, she made the whole process easy and with her pleasant manner it was quite refreshing and endearing, and also wonderful not having to deal with an overseas ca...

I spoke with Danika today to switch to Alinta. She was helpful, friendly and informative.
I felt able to ask stupid questions and confirm things comfortably with her, her patience was appreciated.

I have been with Alinta for a while now and been very happy. I recieved an email from them adbiding advising that they could do even better.I phoned them and once again recieved fantastic service and a better plan. Thank you Alinta.

The problem was sorted out without any hassels by Kai on messenger on facebook. He fixed the problem promptly and without any problems and then follow through to reassure me that it was all fix. I spoke with Michelle to sign up for new electricity plan. From the first reply she was so pleasurable lady and very very professional. She guide me towards my electricity plan and what I may expect. She was smiling and I felt as real customer (returned me several years when we had real customer service). At the end I told her if I would have company I would offer her a job immediately. This lady is gold.

This is one of the best customer experience i have had in my life. Michelle R. from Alinta Energy served me over & beyond her role helping me signing up to a business gas so patiently beyond her work finishing time & helped with the sign up so professionally. Request to change electricity after from AGL to Alinta after 2 very poor experiences with AGL. Maria had a very friendly manner from hello and made the experience a pleasure.

signed up for electricity and solar, seems to be a good solar feed in rate with no cap. phone call answered within minutes! and spoke with Maria who was very happy, helpful and easy to chat too. Power to be set up after the Easter holidays. As for the reliability of power, we shall see (:

The customer care was great . They were ale to help me out and get me sorted. Its great to know that if I need help in the future I can rely on the Alinta customer service.

Moved property with Alinta Energy and didn't realise I had to give 3 days notice but the customer service team were fantastic in getting that sorted and closing my account and opening a new one. Never had a problem with their customer service and the fact they have their call centres in Australia now is fantastic! Rates are competitive with whats on the market and the Rewards Program is a bonus we use often to go to the movies. Keep it up Alinta!
