I don’t normally give 5 star ratings, but I was very impressed with All Appliance. My Haier washing machine wasn’t working properly, not draining the water out. I called All Appliance on Friday afternoon, expecting a booking for Tuesday, as Monday is a public holiday. I was pleasantly surprised. John came over the very next day, which was a Saturday. He had the drain pump in his van and got the washing machine working in around 30 minutes.

Prompt quick and professional same day service. Got my leaking bathroom tap and shower tap replaced same day. Will definitely use for future work. Technician was helpful and gave good advice.

Recently moved into a new house. Discovered the lights keep going off for some unknown reason. Circuit breaker keeps tripping. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to find somebody open and willing to come out over the Easter weekend. Contacted All Appliance, and a Technician came straight out same afternoon. Job was done and now my lights work without tripping off every time they are turned on. Apparently the builder did some dodgy electrical work which has now been fixed up. It is refreshing to know there are still some people out there who do take pride in doing a quality job.

Took the money and he delayed and lied. Eight weeks later and still no repair. Lodged with Fair Trade whom he also doesnt bother with. Please avoid this company,it really isnt worth the delay tactics or the headache,ended up having to buy a new washing machine & resigned myself to the fact that he ripped me off.

Even though it was a call to Stephen later in the afternoon, he managed to come and was able to repair the dishwasher. No delays, merely reliable and effective. Will definitely bring my business to him in future

Needed a Smeg oven to be repaired. Lights on, but no heating. Called All Appliance and had a Technician onsite within 3 hours. Oven now working. More than happy to recommend.
