I have received no order confirmation…
Online storeI made an order early yesterday but it has not yet been confirmed or shipped. I need it before the 1st of December so I am extremely concerned now. If I can’t receive it before the expected due date I will need a refund.
Nobody is replying to my emails

Online storeThe C's canceled my order without telling me after they gave me a tracking number. Then I had to demand for an explanation as to why and they wouldn't say. They sent it out but to the wrong address that was not on the order form. I had to make my way and contact the post myself because they wouldn't. I got my order finally but was left stressed out they wouldn't give me answers to why my order was so stressful to get sorted out.

Online storeThe site had some dresses listed for free, I assumed the site was getting rid of old stock.
I received an email letting me know 1 of the dresses I ordered was cancelled, and would not be delivered. That's alright, but the issue was that none of the dresses arrived. I was relying on having these dresses for a get together with my friends.
So for over a week of shipping times I assumed I didn't have to go out and organize dresses. I asked support for even a $20 voucher to make up for the wait times & support not letting me know the entire order was cancelled but nothing.

Cannot online Return!
Online storeWill NEVER online shop with Ally Fashion again! The tops I purchased were way too small & didn't fit. I sent most of the tops back with original packaging & tags (even the silica get sachet) but they were sent back to me, saying I hadn't followed the returns policy. So now I have 8 tops that don't fit me! I've never had such trouble online shopping ever!!! Disappointing.

Online storeCalled on Tuesday morning to states that I had pressed express shipping how ever Apple Pay had changed it back to standard so I called up spoke to Laura, was advised that it’s a known error and that I’d have it expressed ship to find that it was sent out still by standard postage please don’t promise someone something and then do the opposite quite disappointing!
Especially when the customer is relying on that package quite a big let down!
By the time said items arrived i won’t need them…

Online storeIt’s a hit and miss just like SHEIN. majority of their items are like shein quality wise. i’ve found items exact same on shein and the quality is the exact same except Ally is double or triple the price of shein. I’ve done few orders and what they don’t tell you even on their website is:
- you can’t refund items that have been discounted 40% or more from the original price you’ll get store credit instead.
- you can’t get a refund in store if your online order is above $100 that you need refunded. you’ll need to email or call customer service

I've called the "you and all customer service line" to make complaints but they swear that the quality of clothing is how it should be however its very cheap you don't get long wear out of the clothing. Online storeProduct I ordered never came after 22 days. Ally use Aramex as their shipping service and they have a horrible reputation for losing items so I don’t know why they use them . Aramex lost my item . I asked ally to resend it and they used Australia post second time round and that came within a few days .

I really want to order from Ally, after looking at the range they offer, but all the reviews have actually made me think 100 times before i put my money in that, if shipping is such a major problem for them, like most people said the courier gets lost on the way or arrives after months of wait and also most of them have not even been refunded their money, why then they dont change the courier providers and make it better for people? As much as I am tempted to buy from them looking at the courier services feedback it seems like a big risk.
