The worst online shopping experience EVER!!
I purchased over $100.00 worth of clothes 3 weeks ago, I have not received any correspondence in regards to shipping. I emailed with my order number (thinking it would make life easy at the other end) requesting and update though I have no heard back, I emailed again on the 24th of June..its not the 2nd of July and I have had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. God damn, how are you still in business? I'm here in NZ and have also attempted phoning you "Customer Service" but again no reply? I mean and you out there seeking the materials to whip up these items, or are you all just hanging around sipping coffee and having a laugh at the phone that continues to ring? By the looks, I am not the first person you have let down! I want my money back, this is disgusting.

I would like to know why is it that you can go in your store and try on a bodysuit and not buy it. But when you buy online and although you don't do it up and only focus on the top part because it was nice pattern . And it didn't fit and it was the smallest size so I couldn't get another one. Then you say that you can't get a refund or exchange on bodysuit. The question again is what is the difference because if it is a health concern then why are you allowing people to try on and just walk away. This is so WRONG and unfair. And that is a health thing aswell. Also other places like Brasnthings if they do it why don't you do it.

Hey. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. When my ordered arrived on a Tuesday, I immediately noticed a knit jumper I had ordered and paid for was not there. I’ve attempted to contact the customer service team via email now 3 times. Made 2 attempts to call but no answer, voicemails left but no call returned.
Last Wednesday (the day after my order was delivered) I managed to speak to someone on the phone using this number 02 8278 7633. The women told me I was speaking to the wrong department, she asked me if I had spoken too the customer service team online. I explained and asked for her to do what she could to help me. She explained she would pass on the message and asked for my name and email.
2 weeks on from ordering, I’m pretty concerned I will never see this missing item? If anyone could help or has experience with the company on how long I should expect to wait for support from Ally Fashion. Thanks :)

found it very weird, tried to purchase 2 items from online and i get an email asking to verify my identity by either a passport photo licence and a picture of my credit card, thought this was a very odd request, and asked for a refund, has anyone else had this isssue?

Hi nz1, I am having that problem right now - it's frustrating to say the least. After providing a photograph of my bank card used, my UK driving license and Learners permit (as I've recently moved to Melbourne), my sale was declined but Ally Fashion still took the money from my account! I have placed another order using my mums card, and they have asked for the 'random identity check' once again - not so random to me!! if they decline once again, I will be filing a complaint.

Odd huh! ive purchased from a few Aussie based online stores and have never been asked of this before! they were very fast to refund the $ were there with in 48hours! just a shame coss they have lovley stuff
