Well where do I start this company are thieves and fraudsters they stole money out of our bank account with out asking or notifying us we had a death in the family not even a week ago and we were up front with them but we found out today that they took money they had no right to I'm talking this further I'm going to the media and the financial obmanson and the police

Extremely unsatisfied and annoyed the service from the account managers makes you feel like a criminal and they treat you worse than animals, I have a pregnant wife who at the drop of a hat might need the car to get to hospital but can't because alpha have immobilized our car so now we are stranded with now way of getting our kids to school or getting to the doctors/hospital. If you think they sound to good to be true that's because they are, the first chance they get they will turn on you like a shark in a frenzy, do not use alpha for your own sanity and well being.

I had some un expected medical expenses which came up to a total of $50 k, during this period my account manager supported me with a payment plan that was achievable, Richard, cherry and all my account managers have gone above and beyond to look out for me as a customer as have provided the best service you can ask for, sadly I’m on my last year of my 2 car lease and have no problem in recommending clients to them for future business, with out their support I could never have had my car or finance, even looking at staying on as a client just because I’m happy with the service they provide honest, caring, and compassionate

Months of stuff around lemon after lemon lie after lie SHANON let this company down don't deal with him a monkey could do a better job
Couldn't even fix the car hid it instead and again lied had to ring there mechanic to get the truth 1 star rating needs training or sacking
