I recently purchased a food processor from ADO as they had the best price. As it was just near Christmas they contacted me in a few days to say that the product would not be available until January. I was given the option of waiting or a refund but as I needed it for the holidays I chose the refund. Within a few days the money was refunded to my account. So.... fantastic customer service. I will definitely use and recommend ADO to everyone.

I recently ordered a number of appliances for Christmas. They all came exceedingly fast (within 2 weeks, which is great in the country). Only one box was a bit "mushed" which being a gift was a bit unfortunate. Otherwise, great delivery, great prices. Haven't tried them yet, so will do another review later.

We purchased a Robinhood range hood and were happy with all aspects of price and delivery. WE would have preferred a courier as with other items purchased but as we only waited an extra 4 days it was not that bad. Also we I did ask for the absolute height of the outlet from bottom cover to roof and never received a reply which was disappointing hence only the 3 star rating.

I ordered a Sunbeam Icecream Maker & with it's first use, the on/off switch failed. I contacted Appliances Direct thinking if I had to pay for return postage I'd just keep the faulty product. To my delight, the customer service was excellent - they provided an Aust Post docket to cover return postage which I downloaded,then I packed up the parcel & within 10 days had a new product. I have dealt with them before but this superior service has really won me over. Keep up the great work!!

This is my second purchase from this company. A year ago I purchased a panasonic blu-ray HDD recorder, and recently a juicer. The priced for both of these were considerably cheaper that retail stores. In both cased the product was delivered through Australia Post within a week of ordering. Email communication was great providing tracking references for the parcels. Both products were well packaged and exactly as ordered. Appliances Direct Online have an extensive range of appliances and an intuitive web site that makes it easy to browse and order. Postage prices are cheap and clearly conveyed at the time of purchase. I would use this company in the future and highly recommend it to all.

Bought a Breville Wok to replace my existing one which after many years was starting to wear out the non stick surface. Found the best price at Appliances Direct and had it delivered to my door, could not fault the service or the product, very happy with the entire shopping experience and would definitely use them again.

The delivery was extremely fast and the price was the best I could find. I would certainly buy from Appliances Direct Online again. The only fault I could find was that the packaging was in French and as it was a Christmas present for someone in Australia I thought that a bit strange.
Inexpensive for a well known brand

I am very happy with the product - a Sunbeam Elements Toaster. The delivery was extremely fast and the price was by far the best I could find - I can't complain about the service, price or product and I would certainly buy from Appliances Direct Online again. I will recommend to family and friends.

I purchased Sunbeam coffee machine from this shop and later got the coffee grinder through Sunbeam. Great price and fast delivery! Can't complain at all. I was looking for an air purifier because of my kids' allergy problem. Placed my order for a sharp purifier and paid for it, but nothing happen for a month. The worst part is they have changed their website and I can't log in and check the order's status. Felt cheated...and no one to turn to.....
