Thanks for your enquiry.

We accept returns, provided the item's packaging has not been opened and provided you notify us within 30 days of your delivery, that you wish to return your item. We can then arrange for the item to be picked up, and the correct item delivered to you. If you're not replacing the item with another product from our website, and simply wish to return it for a refund, a $50 pickup fee will apply, or alternatively you can drop the item off to us at our warehouse, at no charge.

If you have unboxed the item, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to connect, install, or have used.

Hi BS. Thanks for writing to us! If you're in one of our free delivery areas (most metro) you will be eligible for free delivery of the Chef oven. To see if you fall in these zones, simply enter your postcode on the home page (top right hand corner next to our phone number) and anything added to your cart will show either free delivery, or a sum. The delivery team will be able to deliver your new oven, as well as remove an already disconnected oven; all wires and power connections must be disconnected and away from the wall. As a side note, if you fall into one of our metro areas, we can organise a professional electrician to connect at an additional cost through our Handy Crew contractors if you wish not to source an electrician on your own.
