Seemless process from ordering to installation. Friendly and efficient service at all times from AOL. our Bosch dishwasher is as good as the one we left behind when we moved house. The one in the new house still functioned but sometimes got stuck on a cycle and was noisy. So glad we went back to Bosch!

All the appliances we have purchased are working great and all have good warranty's. We have purchased a TV, fridge, small fridge, 10kg front load washing machine and a steam iron.

I ordered the Oklahoma Joe Reverse flow offset smoker for my birthday at the start of April.
I was delivered the $830 product four days later... but it was the wrong product, the cheaper model which was selling for about $580.
Fast forward 3 weeks later with many phone calls and emails from myself to Appliances online, I have had no Communication from the company.
Today the 1st of May I received a delivery notification text.
Appliances online sent a driver out to pick up the smoker I had at home but not to deliver the one I ordered.... still waiting no response as to when i can get my birthday present.
I know they are filling orders as i have been checking the website; I can order the one I want and have had it delivered already.
