Hello there,
I have been waiting for a package that is currently held in Customs and I realised the wrong postcode was put in during the ordering process. Is there anyway to update the address so it goes to the right postcode? All other details in the address are correct.
The tracking number is: LZ579558300US

Hello, i am awaiting a package from the USA. According to tracing info, it arrived in Sydney on the 30th of May ( Arrived awaiting clearance (Inbound) SYDNEY NSW) I have called USPS, Auspost and also Customs and nobody can locate it. I can't see any indication that USPS have yet contacted us about this tracking number so I'd definitely recommend continuing to follow up with them regarding any updates to the case.

Regarding parcel LH179777508AU on standard shipping to U.K, the last information provided was ‘processed by carrier’ on 7th June and nearly approaching a month since that update. Surely it has to be here soon, possibly even next week.
Also have ET164840500AU on express shipping and that was again ‘processed by carrier’ on 19th June.
Any updates on when these should actually be appearing into the country?

Clearance time can vary quite a bit based on all sorts of different factors. It's not something that we get any insight into but once you've seen an update advising it's in our network, delivery won't be far off.
