Trip cancelled by operator : cancelled TI and still waiting for refund!
Tasmanian trip in January cancelled by the operator because of staffing shortage due to COVID. We cancelled our insurance policy due to everything being refunded/ credited. Still waiting on the refund.

Very happy I have had my claim approved for missed trip to Cairns (flight and accommodation). I have used Australia Post travel insurance before, never made a claim - until now. Good communication via E-mail. Thank you.
