The service i received was very quick and hassle free thank you so much, glad my air con is fixed especially in 42 degree heat couldn't live with out it.

We purchased a used Nissan X-Trail from Westside Autos and decided to take up the 3 year extended warranty, thank goodness we did.
After a year and during a scheduled service at our local service centre it was noted that the main output shaft was in need of replacement, the claim was easily dealt with and vehicle returned fixed and within the time of a usual service, brilliant :-)
Then last week during the 40 degree temps the A/C compressor clutch failed, on checking the policy it was covered!! claims process initiated with some urgency, claim approved, car fixed and all in under a week.

My policy is absolutely brilliant. AWN staff have been totally understanding of unexpected small problems with car. They have immediately dealt with my claim, called me back with 24hrs with a response etc. Policy is so good, I organised same for my fathers car too.
If your car is less than 10yrs old and out of warranty, I couldn't recommend it more.

I have only recently become a customer when I needed urgent mechanical work done on my car. It was extremely easy to lodge a claim and the customer service was fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Policy is great value fast and easy to set up. Ive been with awn for 2 and a half months and they are very helpful at resolving my inquiries in regards to my comprehensive car insurance.

Had a claim that was not pre approved and my service history was out of date. Claim was received, reviewed and approved within 48 hrs. Customer service was excellent. I'm Very Happy with result. Amount of claim was $379.

I have had to use this extended warranty twice now, and it has already saved me more than it cost for the warranty. I had hoped that I would never need it, but I did for fairly major work, and it was so good to know that it paid for the repairs and saved me having to find the extra money needed. I would highly recommend this insurance and this company to everyone. You may think you will never need it, (as I did) but I was wrong, and I am so glad that AWN was there for me to be able to keep my vehicle on the road and roadworthy.

My claim was put through and the parts ordered the same day (Friday) I visited the repairer (Nicole and Luke from Rods Mechanical Repairs in Blacktown) who were the best I've ever dealt with, got to keep the car over the weekend, was back in Monday morning and within three hrs my car was done.

I purchased the warranty with my second hand Land Rover 3 years ago. Being a sceptic I didn't know how it would go but early this year I claimed a water pump and it was approved in hours and paid within days to my repairer. We have just returned from a trip around Australia and developed gearbox shudder. It has been assessed and approval for $3000.00 advised to my repairer. I could not ask for any better action and have recommended AWN to quite a few of my friends. VERY IMPRESSED AWN and thank you for giving me peace of mind.

I knew there was only 1 preferred service centre in town so when I had another issue, I just went back and they quoted to AWN again. AWN called me to confirm the issue and then told me off for not calling them first to get a preferred partner. When I explained that I knew there was only 1 in town, I was still told I can't just decide who to see on my own. But the problem was fixed and they paid so still ok.

Purchased AWN warranty when i purchased a car in january 2022. So far have lodged 2 claims both approved and awaiting payment for second claim. The service center is great and claims process is smooth as well. Only thing to work on will be the time it takes to get the refund back when the claim has already been approved. Will provide further comments as time goes by

We purchase the extra warranty from AWN when we purchased our car 2 years ago it was the best choice we have made. We have had to use it a few times and everytime it has been amazing customer service fast and pain free. We have recommended it to a few of our friends and will certainly be having it from now on. I wasn't sure about taking out this insurance policy when I purchased my motor home 30 months ago. Recently I had my starter motor replaced but forgot to claim for it in the correct way. I presumed that it would not be covered but the staff were really lovely about it. They asked that I follow procedures in future. They covered the starter motor claim. I feel confident about travelling anywhere now, knowing I have back up. Very happy.

whilst holidaying in Darwin I chose top cover with AWN luckily, as a truck threw a stone which resulted in a cracked windscreen, the claim was hassle free and fast.

Once again we had the best service for repairs to our caravan! The claim was lodged and very quickly ok’d so we were back on the road. We could not recommend them highly enough to anyone wanting to take out extended warranty insurance!

I took out an extended warranty policy with AWN and I am very pleased with my decision to do so.
I had a mechanical issue recently and the staff were very helpful and informative. I have called probably a total of 3 times now and every time the call centre staff have been friendly and helpful.
My policy has covered the mechanical issue I had and also it paid for a part of my tow truck I had to get.
The approved repairer they advised me to send it to was also great.
I can not recommend AWN enough for their extended warranty policy.

I have found my interactions with all of the team at AWN to be exceptional in all my dealings since taking out this warranty some 4 years ago.

Fast, friendly, responsive and very customer focused.

I wish all my service providers operated at this level.
