Repairs needed
Several times my car has needed repairs that were covered under my extended AWN Warranty. I would send the info to AWN and instantly got a phone call from customer service and had a discussion and sorted everything out that i needed to do. Approval has always been very prompt and i am extremely impressed with AWN insurance and i am glad i took out the extra two years on my warranty.

Second claim, definitely not let down!
Had some issues with my car air conditioner, called AWN (they were delightful over the phone!) went to see my local mechanic, claim approved, parts ordered, mechanic called and booked a time to do work, dropped car off & mechanic dropped me to work, parts replaced, collected the keys DONE.... ITS SO EASY!
Really glad I got this warranty plan.

Outstanding customer service and extremely easy STRESS FREE
I am a brand new member of only a few weeks. I had purchased a car from 3000kms away from a car yard.
Upon receiving the car we realised it had an oil leak, clunking in the rear brakes, exhaust had a rattle.

Competent handling of a claim
We purchased excess cover for a motorhome trip in NZ and unfortunately damaged a fibreglass panel on a tree branch. In hindsight it was good value for money! The claim took over 5 weeks to resolve with quite a bit of to and fro because the claim administrators are in the UK and the motorhome company is in NZ. The administrator website was clunky to use in terms of tracking what I'd uploaded and reading messages. Everyone was very polite, helpful and responsive so at the end of the day even though I had to be patient I'm satisfied, and would recommend some tweaks to the administrator's website and clarity of communication.

My second claim, and the service just gets better!
This is my second claim through AWN for my motorbike. The last experience was good, this one was GREAT.
Being the second claim, I was worried about approvals and costs. But once again, AWN have shone through.
When I initially called to let them know there may be an issue, the fantastic phone team took the details and made accurate and comprehensive notes so I didnt have to go through everything again. They were quick to confirm that my issue was covered under my warranty.

Very pleasantly surprised
Needed a new water pump. Contacted AWN and found it refreshingly simple to arrange the repair. It was a fast, no fuss experience, with approval given in record time..I was able to go to my regular mechanic as there were no approved repairers here. Already has been good value for money.

Warranty Claims
I have lodged two claims in the last 3 years for a second hand vehicle I bought at a dealer. I selected the "middle" claim cover, next time I would take out the top cover as 100% of my claims were not covered. I would definitely take out this cover when buying a second hand vehicle next time as I had a turbo charger replaced & a torque converter on my diesel dual cab both were expensive repairs.

Best insurance policy more valuable than the car one can buy.
Over heated motor .head had to be replaced.had on problems getting it fixed. AWN was very helpful and organised the Auto mechanics to fix my car would definitely recommend this insurance company to my friends and family.

I’m not sure how many kms your allowed to go over. I would assume they would definitely have a limit. But with my car we had not done much more than 20kms since purchasing it before we noticed the oil leak!!
