Over heated motor .head had to be replaced.had on problems getting it fixed. AWN was very helpful and organised the Auto mechanics to fix my car would definitely recommend this insurance company to my friends and family.

Extended Warranty purchased ...phew! 6 months later failed air compressor! Sent through quote, response within 48 hours with approval. Off to the mechanic, fixed all within a week. I’m impressed!

Engine warning light on the dash was coming on and I was loosing power. They checked and an internal fault in fuel pressure regulator. When contacting AWN insurance they were very helpful and confirmed that it was covered under warranty. A few hours later the problem was fixed. Very happy with the service and how straightforward the case was handled.

I made a single phone call, was given the details of the approved repairer in my area, dropped it off and the repair was approved within a few hours and had the car back in 2 business days. Amazing service from an insurer, totally not what i was expecting.

Great to deal with! claim was processed quickly and with my choice of repairer. very happy the only thing I didn’t like is they will only pay $100 for the tow to the repairer.

The policy was comparable to the market, however I honestly could not believe how easy it was to make a claim! I completed and attached relevant paperwork and money was transferred back into my account. I expected to have to jump through hoops and fight till the end to get my money back... but this was so far from my experience.

Bought a second hand WRX and got the mechanical breakdown extra and they have looked after me so well.. As soon as there is a mechanical problem they were all over it. I have had my policy for 3 years on a 2008 Audi S5. I have made 3 claims, and every single one was dealt with professionally and quickly (under a week from lodging a claim to repair and receiving the car back) with no fuss, no bargaining, no referrals to exclusions on the PDS etc. This is the best value insurance i have bought for a car and i would not hesitate to purchase another policy if i bought another second hand car. Peace of mind from out of pocket mechanical expenses is invaluable.

Lady on the phone was very abrupt, wouldn’t let me get a whole sentence out before she cut me off. If she had listened to what I was saying I wouldn’t have had to ‘try’ and explain myself three times. Infuriating to say the least.

This warranty came standard with the purchase of my car for 3 months. When i contacted the person was very helpful and explained the whole process and provided contact details for the repairer. Thoroughly recommended.

I was happy to receive news that the damage to my car prior to purchase came under warranty. This process took just over a week to be approved. I’m glad AWN are covering the costs.

I purchased a AWN warranty for my car. It was never actually used however a quotation was made and the repairer actually made a fraudulent claim stating that he HAD repaired the car but did NOT.
I asked for a discount for two new polices and they have said no and failed to update me on the refund of the unused policy. I also brought this alleged fraud to their attention and have saved AWN thousands of dollars.

Rang AWN to find out what to do about an air conditioner problem. The contact person was most helpful, referring me to their preferred repairer. Quote sent and approved in a flash. Booked in for repairs which have now been completed. Fantastic.

Claim was easier to lodge than I thought! AWN claims support ware helpful, they gave me the repairers close by and was quite convenient. One drawback was I wasn't been able to choose my own repairer!
