Late Delivery
Online StoreThis order was placed on 12/11/2023 for 15 items. I'm yet to receive 7 out of those 15 items. The delivery timeframe is 10 business days. The order was already late when it was supposed to be delivered last Friday, it was then postponed to today, Monday, and now it was postponed again. Delivery can take a very long time, well beyond advertised. The issue appears to be with items listed as online deals. These are cheap items handled by their Melbourne warehouse. Basically I'm looking at 10 business days for shipping and another 10 business days or more for the actual delivery.

Online StoreI ordered 3 items of clothing from Autograph online. Firstly I was notified that one item would arrive within 4 weeks and the email said I should be so excited to wait 4 weeks to receive my clothing item! I emailed to cancel my order as I wouldn’t have ordered from them if I knew I had to wait 4 weeks. I was told another item was out of stock and they would refund two items but not the third. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told they would call in 1-2 hours. I’m still waiting 3 days later. I have reported to ACCC and Fair Trading Victoria and urge others to do the same

Online StoreOrdered 8 autograph sale articles. Order arrived with 3 items and one millers item not from my order. I rang up to asked where the other items were. Appalling customer service. The woman wouldn't let me tell her what I already had. Instead she put me on hold came back to tell me two more parcels were coming containing the four missing items and then I would have 8. Autograph Fashion used to stand for good quality latest trends clothing and excellent customer service. Not any more. I have been in hospital for the last last 21 weeks and I was looking forward to new clothes. After years of buying from them, this will be the last time.

So old fashioned
Online StoreI had a look at the new arrivals today and am very surprised at how out of date the styles are this year. Cold shoulder went out of style a few years ago yet Autograph still sell them as new arrivals. Unflattering, ugly dresses just below knee, labelled as maxi? What's that all about? The tops are the styles we wore at least ten years ago. Not even bothering to look any more.

Online StoreLike many others, they've happily taken payment but there is no sign of my order. I requested a refund in full because I don't want to go through what others have experienced with only partial orders shipped. They tell me they can't refund even though there's been no indication that it has been packed or will be shipped. As another reviewer suggested, I'm reporting to the ACCC and would recommend others to do the same.

Online StorePurchased an outfit that took over a week and a half just to get shipped. When it did arrive, part of it was missing and something had been clearly tried on. When I called to complain (and ask for a refund) I was told it wasn't in policy since it was a 'change of mind' (not it wasn't!), but since they were being generous I could return it and get a credit minus fees within 20 business days. Seriously? Not even eBay is this bad.

Terrible
Online StoreDelivery was missing an item despite being listed on the packing note. Contacted by email to report the missing item and they've refused to deliver the missing item despite it being available in the online store (now for 3 times the sale price). Instead they refunded me, and argued that non delivery is due to their stock levels and stock movements. It's a rort, I bought the item, they sold the item, they have the item, they refuse to deliver the item. I won't purchase from them again.

Quality Has Taken A Dive
Physical StoreMy gripe with Autograph is not with their speed of delivery etc because those factors may be out of their control, but the quality of their merchandise has deteriorated and it is over-priced. Also, they would not publish a review I wrote about one of their garments which was negative but carefully worded and fair. I tried twice. I found this dishonest. Will not be purchasing from Autograph again.
Disappointed
Online StorePurchased sale items including a shrug and a dress that were to be worn together. Parcel arrived with no dress. The shrug is no good to me without the dress so I wrote to them explaining that I wanted the dress. They then refunded the money for the dress, however they still have the dress on sale for triple the price. I find this very shady and poor form and won’t be buying from them again.

Online StoreOrdered a puffer jacket online 7th May. 2 weeks later get an email (just as I was about to contact them) saying order was delayed. Not a lot of contact inbetween to let me know what was happening.
Finally got my order mid June only to find the sizing runs very small.
Going by all the other reviewers having similar experiences, surely if we all contacted ACCC Autograph would have to lift its game?

Online StoreDelivery is poor. Turns out delivery times aren't how long Australia post will take, it's from when the item is sent or dispatched by the store or warehouse. One item I purchased wasn't even posted until a week after I ordered it!

Worst customer service
Online StoreI purchased a coat May 4th 2023. Absolutely no contact other that what I initiated to find out where my order was. Five weeks later still no delivery and no contact from them

Questions & Answers
I want to send some items back for a refund because they are too big but I want to order the same items in the correct size. I can't seem to find an address for the returns. Assistance required.
Still waiting for my order that was placed early March, tracking number given emails sent, unable to get through via phone. Only automated emails received that are not helpful, stop using covid for poor customer service.
Good luck, I've got missing items from December and a refund from November that I'm still waiting on. Seriously, don't waste your money, Autograph are thieves. They take your money, don't send you the goods and don't refund. Absolute thieves. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
I think the truck is, is to get your complaint escalated. I just checked my bank account and my refund from 2 days ago has been processed. I also phoned a store and got from them a special phone number that they use to call customer service, so I got through on the phone quickly.
