Quality Has Taken A Dive
Physical StoreMy gripe with Autograph is not with their speed of delivery etc because those factors may be out of their control, but the quality of their merchandise has deteriorated and it is over-priced. Also, they would not publish a review I wrote about one of their garments which was negative but carefully worded and fair. I tried twice. I found this dishonest. Will not be purchasing from Autograph again.

Poor quality
Physical StoreNever will I ever purchase from Autograph again. I took advantage of a great sale. Everything fitted well. Put everything in a cold wash before wearing. My dress has buttons loose and one fell off and the hem has come down in one place and frayed so bad I can't re-hem it properly as there isn't enough material. The edges on the tops are fraying too and loose threads everywhere. For what they charge I would expect a better quality of product. You don't expect to have to repair an item BEFORE you can wear it. Autograph won't do anything to help/compensate/replace the dress.

Physical StoreI am so disappointed at the quality of Autograph clothing now.(2022) Poorly, made in China clothes. I have 3 short sleeved tops that pill as soon as you wear them. After washing I'm spending half an hour de-pilling each top with a little pill cutting device and now they are getting terribly thin. Terrible effort Autograph. You are taking advantage of vulnerable larger women where few shops stock our size and charging ridiculous amounts for a t shirt. Not Happy.

Bad service and misleading
Physical StoreWent into Morayfield store to update for upcoming trip, sales girl was disinterested in helping me, was happy to spend $1000 stated to her that I was going to Afterpay it, save my money for my holiday, not once did she say we don’t accept Afterpay instore anymore until it got declined then she said we do Openpay only, very misleading as the Afterpay app stated its available instore and no signage anywhere to state they don’t do Afterpay. Contact customer care if you can call it that and get autogenerated emails signing off with kisses customer care team is so unprofessional, lost me as a customer

Physical StoreWas sold the wrong items as I stated to the shop assistant I would like the same pants I had on. When I got them home they are different. On the receipt it states only a credit or exchange, yet online it states refund and actually goes on to say the type of refund must be the same as tendered. Example: pay by card then refund by card, pay by cash, refund by cash. It stated for in store purchases. I was sold the wrong items I am entitled to a refund. Firstly I was trying on tops and the pants where actually behind the counter waiting for me to purchase and secondly if there was a CTTV you could clearly see the pants where behind the count and I did not try them on. Also doesn’t make sense to try on the pants, when I thought I was purchasing the same item as I had on. Physical StoreThe store no longer offers Afterpay, only OpenPay which is a line of credit.
They also have different prices from their online site to physical stores - why? And won’t offer cash refunds anymore, only store credit.
Their sizing is all over the place for example: same shirt, tried a 20 - it was a tad tight. Tried a 22 and it was way too big - how does that work?
It’s no wonder I stopped shopping here 6 months ago, but thought I would give them a go. Not worth my time or energy.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
Physical StoreI have waited 9 weeks for an item and am trying to cancel this and no response from Autograph. Do not use this website they used to be good but now quite frankly are shocking.

Physical StoreI found some nice items online but as I have learned never to order online with Mosaic Group I went into the store.
They didn’t have the items. They said, even if they did, they couldn’t compete with online prices. What???? I give up.

Physical StoreProducts great, service for long standing customer when taking wrong size and wanting to exchange 15 mins later then told No! Very poor, spent $260 on the day. Wasn't looking for a refund, just to swap to the right size. Manager should have used her discression, as I was still in shopping centre carpark. Sad thing is I've been shopping in that store now for well over 8 yrs.

Physical StoreI received great service at the Carousel store. The young lady was very very helpful and gave good honest advice. She gathered a selection of tops for me to consider which I really appreciated and have never ever had someone do for me do at a store. The clothes are great quality. Thoroughly recommend the Cannington store.
Show detailsAnkle Freezers after 1 wash - not fit for purpose
Physical StorePants fitted nicely in store but after 1 wash in cold water they shrunk so much in the legs that they are ankle Freezers (7/8 length).
Contacted company (and in store) but as item was worn they will not refund.
The product is faulty and not fit for purpose.
Not suitable at all for winter and company not interested.
They have lost me as a customer. There are plenty of other retail outlets and online stores.
Very poor technology instore. Staff were frustrated due to system failures which they stated is "normal"
Physical StoreI was trying to purchase using afterpay which took 1hour due to poor internet, and failure of call backs to staff who were trying to solve the problem. I also did not come up in the system as a member despite having membership for some years. The staff were very helpful but the technology let them down.
Fortunately there were no other customers waiting to be served.
Also found the website poor when ordering online
