I requested for a windscreen replacement between midday and 2pm. Someone from the office, I think her name was Bella, called me to change the time and also mentioned that there might be an extra charge for the moulding from $40. I mentioned that if it will be much more then $40 for the moulding I might not go through with it. She responded by if you think you won't go through with it, I rather just cancel it now. Was I supposed to accept any amount the person would of qouted me for the moulding? If these are your standards of costumer service I am sure you are losing costumers daily.

I am fairly new to the area and needed to book a service for my sons car. AutoGuru made it so easy found the workshops nearest to my home with prices.
