Service was great, however the description of the item did not state globe was not included. That was quickly rectified and arrangements made by the company to get the globe to me. Good outcome.

I'd like to say that the people I dealt with at Automotive Superstore were really helpful in enabling me to obtain the right parts. Unfortunately there was some delay receiving these parts, which I believe was somewhat due to an overload and possibly some covid inconvenience to WA by the Couriers. I was really astounded when, during A.S's after hours, I began a "chat" online and mentioned the delay problem to one of the staff members. Immediately the chat went blank and the person was on the phone to me.

For me it's all about customer service and good products and these guys have both. I have had issues with other online sellers but not with these guys

sendle is to slow you should use another carrier Aust post is a lot faster I hope get my part soon

Quite pleased with the 12v screw-on connector. Suits my needs and will avoid male plug disconnecting from power. Easy to fit to automobile

Like most people, my search for parts started with Google. I found Automotive Superstore had the parts and for the lowest price and on times, considerably lower especially when they were advertised as discounted.

On one occasion, the part was not in stock. I was readily informed and advised of the delay. It wasn’t long and it was in the mail. The free postage (when over $100 in purchases) means free shipping which is a great bonus.

Great customer service, paid for my exhaust and was shipped out the next day. Emailed to see if the exhaust would fit my car, response in under 12 hours.
The only thing i would recommend is that you go pick up your things in person. The company they use COURIERS PLEASE are the worst in delivering, been almost 2 weeks and i still haven't recieved my exhaust.
