Placed an order with Shaver Hut after not being able to get service in a retail outlet so decided to try online. Had the parcel delivered within the week after it was ordered, The price is much more competitive than the shops and it is a door to door service.
Inexpensive and could get what I wanted

I put the order for foils and cutters through on a Friday afternoon, witihin a short period of time confirmation of the order came through, and the product arrived the following Wednesday morning. I was very pleased with the quick response to my order and will use Shaver Hut again!!!!!!!

Came across Shaver Hut through an advertisement on eBay and as I was in need of a decent nose and eyebrow trimmer I decided to purchase a Phillips Norelco model through their website. After creating an account with them I received an informative confirmation email from them and then made the actual purchase. The payment went smoothly through PayPal and in a short amount of time received the order confirmation email. Within 2 hours, received email advising that the order had been processed and goods had been dispatched for delivery to my Queensland address...... Received goods in the mail, mid afternoon the following Monday Fantastic service.

Had trouble finding a scuttle mug in sydney but got one through shaver hut, I was unsure on soap puk sizes and had ordered incorrect to fit mug, shaver hut contacted me next day and helped to organise correct products and refund, smooth transaction all done by 3 pm and I had my order by 7am next day. I ordered my Wahl clipper online on Wednesday AM and received it on Thursday afternoon in Western Australia.
I was amazed as I was expecting it to take 5 or 6 days, The price was also great as it was the best price I found on the net, and the postage was free.

Bought an shaver from them thru eBay 10 months ago (very competitive price). They honour their 12 months warranty & sent me a replacement. Contacted them Wed & got a new replacemnt on Fri. Only have to pay postage which I think it's very reasonable. Frankly, I expected they would not honour the warranty when I contacted them...But the service & response is much better than I expected. Highly recommeded seller

I ordered a product (a Panasonic Shaver) and when it turned up it didn't work. So I emailed Shaver Hut and left them a phone message on a Sunday. They emailed me back >that day< (yes, on Sunday) and posted me a new one - just like that. No questions, no needing to mail back the old one. And I got the parcel card for the new one on the Tuesday, so they posted it straight away too. I almost died of shock as I had been expecting lots of fuss.

So, the whole thing was fixed, and the new one works and I would definitely recommend these guys to >anyone<.

Excellent handling of my problem.

I ordered a product online from Shaver Hut and when it arrived it did not work. I kept putting different batteries in, thinking it was a battery fault, but no go. So I emailed Shaver Hut to ask what I should do.

They very quickly wrote back saying that sometimes the battery tips inside product may need adjusting., and that they will forward me another product ! I could have fallen off my chair in amazement. I wasn't expecting that.

Within a couple of days a new item had been mailed to me. When the first item did not work, I thought 'oh great, here comes weeks of mucking around'.... But instead it was a case of no fuss, no troubles, just amazing customer service.

Looked on line for a new hair clipper and found shaver hut to have the best price. Ordered on line and paid by credit card without a problem. The item was delivered within two days even though I live in remote Tasmania. This type of service is hard to come by in this area.

So thought id try this website out for a shaver after a friend told me they were cheaper than the other guys. Nice range to choose from. But most of all was the fact i ordered my shaver in middle of afternoon, and it was here by 10am the next morning. No way i expected that. This fact and the fact of saving money too. Good recommendation! If you need a shave quickly. Go to these guys.
