Good solid dishwasher

published

Have had this dishwasher for 2 years since replacing a Fisher and Paykel dishdrawer. It is simple to use, fairly bulletproof, and we have had no issues with it. It doesn't clog much, we use it on a quick wash setting and it washes the dishes well.

Purchased in March 2021 at Home Clearance for $400.00.

LOVE IT!!!

Replaced our Smeg dishwasher in our investment property with a secondhand Beko for $100. Decided to test it at home first to make sure it worked well. It is so good we kept it for ourselves and found another secondhand Beko for our tenant. Excellent dishwasher for the price. Quiet, efficient, dries the dishes which our Smeg didn't. My only complaint is that the manual doesn't explain the delay function well and what the icons mean. This does not take anything away from the dishwasher itself. Would recommend to anyone.

Only worked for 7 days

published

After previously having a Bosch and a Westinghouse we purchased the Beko model due to price and features. It worked excellent, dried the dishes. I was very pleased. Then on the 7th day it wouldn’t work. After a lot of calls to Beko and Appliances online we had a service booked a week later. Serviceman said it was a faulty panel. So 3 weeks in now and have just received confirmation we can’t have it replaced as there is no more stock. We have been given a credit instead. Very very disappointed. Now on the hunt for a new one .....

Purchased in May 2021 at Appliances Online for $687.00.

Pleasantly surprised

published

Because it was going to cost too much to repair my Miele dishwasher I decided on a Beko as I already had a Beko washing machine. I must say I am very pleased with it, lots of cycles to choose from, it has a cutlery tray & some extra features like half load. So far it has washed & dried the dishes perfectly and I have saved myself a heap of money. Definately would recommend.

Love this dishwasher on program 6!

published

I use this dishwasher on Program 6 (P6) and this is the best dishwasher I have ever used. It cleans perfectly and dries well, there is even an eco setting! There is alot of space to stack full plates and cups/mugs and fry pans and as much cuterly as you require. I love this dishwasher and would purchase again!

Broken still waiting to be fixed

published

Worked well at first although door has been very squeaky from new, at 4months old the motor and water pump stopped working took 8days just for service agent to come look at it. Beko have refused to replace it and I'll still waiting for it to be repaired. Have been 2 weeks now with no working dishwasher, will never buy beko again.

New machine- after some washes the next wash starts with a water/pump noise - possibly sounds like finish of last use. Question 2. Should you turn off after wash before turning on for new wash?

Was wondering which program you use for 'everyday'? I usually avoid the eco mode as I find I need hotter water to properly clean, but all the other programs are 70C which may warp plastic stuff.

Hi, I use P6 for everyday use as it is a hot wash on a reasonable short cycle, sometimes half load if it's not full. Cheers
