Stay away from Beko
Have got multiple beko products. The freezer in my fridge has stopped working 10months out of warranty. Beko will not cover the cost to send out a technician to look at the problem, we are talking $60 here! So I have a 3 year old fridge that won’t freeze anything. Beko will not help out at all. I am so scared that more of my Beko products will see the same fate, they do not make things to last. Absolutely discussed at the customer service from Beko especially from the customer service manager [name removed]. be warned, do not buy BEKO!

Good value
I bought a Beko washing machine/dryer a couple of years ago and it's good overall. Was good value and works well. Has a couple of glitches but works for what I need.

BEKO - TERIBBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE - DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND
We purchased a Beko Fridge from Bing Lee - the brand was recommended but never again. The fridge was a dud from the beginning - it barely runs cold no matter how cool I set it. The shelves are set in stone, meaning you cannot adjust according to contents. The door shelfs are the same which means that you cannot store certain bottles and are forces to lie them on their side. The butter compartment does NOT fit a standard block of butter. The crisper drawer is made of cheap plastic and runs off runners when opened and then you are forced to fiddl...Read more
e around with the crisper to try and put it back in the runners. Does not withstand normal wear and tear and by this I simply meaning opening the drawer!!!!!! The plastic chipped in the first couple of weeks. This fridge has been the worst buy by FAR. Bing Lee should cease selling this product if they want their name associated with quality products.

Washing machine wont drain
12 months into a washer dryer combo my machine blocked and wouldn't drain, went through the usual process of trying to look for any blockages but could not find any.
A serviceman visited, took the machine apart and found the issue.
My problem with this is that had I had taken the machine apart my warranty would be voided, so a serviceman was required.
Then I got sent the invoice for the repair.
I'll stick to the bigger name brands next time, Becko don't look after their customers.

Won't buy Beko again
I purchased a Beko dryer (model DV6120X) from Bing Lee in Rhodes on 28 June 2015.
The Beko dryer had less than 50 hours use before its motor seized and burned out the electrics. There were no warning signs and the dryer appeared to work well prior to then. For no apparent reason the internal lights of the dryer started flashing, the unit stopped spinning and a burning smell was given off before I disconnected the dryer. I contacted Beko Australia and they simply advised that the product was out of warranty and that they had no similar complaints previously. I strongly recommend not purchasing Beko products based upon this experience.

No Customet Service
We bought 2 Beko fridges and 1 had dinted doors and the other was noisy.... They ended up organising someone to come out which fixed the noise...being a loose motor...the other we decided to be replaced. They sent another fridge out.....doors were just as bad and the water and ice was not working properly also this time as not plumbed properly. They decided to send another one out.....still bad doors....so then decided on a different finish from stainless to a glass
...it had a scratch on the side and doors are not adjusted correctly and not s...Read more

Product lifespan is low
I brought my Beko driver from Bing Lee. At the time I was recommended the brand, I was told it is popular in Europe. To my disappointment the product only last me 4 years and no Warranty cover (only last 2years). This is my only Beko products in the house and I must say even my Samsung washing machine and my parents’ dryer from another brand last longer than my Beko. I call the technician to check to see what wrong with it and it cost me $120 for him to tell me what wrong with it.. and now I got a quote for just to replace part for $290.00 plus...Read more
another service fees. The technician say the front panel is faulty..I think it is better to buy a new dryer but never again Beko.. I should have read reviews before trusting the salesman recommendations. And I’m not surprise It got very low rating.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Excellent Customer Service
I bought these products and have rung up customer care twice and I have been more than satisfied. The issues I have had are with the dealer not BEKO and they have resolved the issue immediately. Big bonus the extended 5 year warranty and the promo Jamie Oliver cookware. Thanks BEKO customer care.

Customer service above and beyond
Beko went above and beyond their obligations recently when our fridge started making a strange noise. The GNE134620X fridge-freezer was 4 months out of warranty, but I reported the fault to Beko in the first instance anyway. Beko Customer Care advised me to arrange for our local appliance repairer to inspect, which we did. The repairer diagnosed the problem and fixed it with new parts requiring a total of 3 visits, without any request for payment from us. We are grateful to Beko for standing by their product to this extent.

Failed after just 2 years
Our Beko fridge failed to cool after 2 years. After a delay a technician employed by Beko declared that the compressor had failed. Further delays until the report was lodged and further delays until a technician can deliver and install the replacement. A month without a working fridge is seriously disappointing. Do not buy a BEKO FRIDGE.

Poor product and poor customer care
i wish I had read the reviews before buying a Beko fridge. The fridge is nearly new andhardly used. It stopped working all of the sudden. Customer care promised to call next day with a solution but did not. We now have to buy a new fridge!
Keep away from the brand is my advice..

Beko The Brand i would never buy again
Purchased a fridge from a local business who unfortunately is not in business any longer and selling rubbish like my fridge I can fully understand. First week the shelving collapsed and beauty got one replaced under warranty before closure of business. Six months later door handle broke, 12 months later another shelf collapsed and today the 3rd shelf has gone. The fridge unfortunately is nothing more than boat anchor value and my strong advise is be very careful when making a Beko purchase.

beckowhitegoods fridges
The customer care service of beckowhitegoods is absolutely disgusting. They never returned calls, cancelled appointments due to ordering incorrect parts on more than one occasion, sent out maintenance guys out that didn't know there thing from there head & always had an excuse for everything & loved pointing the finger at each other playing the blame game. My fridge which was a bbm450 was the worst product i have ever bought giving me problem after problem. The lights, alarm, Reid switch, computer panel all broken on more than one occasion. I will never again buy a beckowhitegoods product.

High cost of spare parts for fridge
Beko parts are so high it's not funny. For example a door handle in Australia costs $97.92. If you order from Beko UK the cost is GBP 19.96 or AUD 35.39

The Door Alarm is inaudible and cannot be adjusted
It fine having all these new fangled bits and pieces but if the don't work like my door alarm, then it's money wasted.

Worst Fridge we have ever bought.
Handle snap off on fridge door.Just held on with two small screws, top and bottom at the side of the Fridge.Everything in the Fridge compartment is wet. The Glass Shelves stay wet all the time. .We Phoned Beko Customer care Australia. They sent a technician out,he said. There is nothing wrong with the Fridge, that's the way it is.

Dryer died within 12 months of purchase - Beko Australia office are useless
Bought a dryer and within 12months, the dryer heating element broke. I’ve been back and forth with over 3 months with bing lee, the appliance service company and beko and no one knows what the process is to sort this issue out.
The Australia office is useless. I was told the person who initially took my enquiry ‘made a note on my file and never followed up’.
Product is also under its full warranty and I’m just getting the run around.
I’ll be sticking to Australian made products from now on.

I had that fault too and just stopped working. Happened to both ours.
The company I bought it off have sent me a replacement. Waiting on its arrival, I hope this one ok.
I rang beko and they were sending out a repairman the following week but suggested I could return to store as I had the product under seven days. I must say both the Beko service and the company I bought the dishwasher from were very good in the way business was conducted. I have a becko heat pump dryer very good so I thought I would try Beko again and of course the extended warranty was a big draw card.

Hi I bought all refrigerator 3 years ago. Last month we noticed a bad odour coming from the fridge. Black deposits were found leaking from the inside cover. Don’t know what’s wrong . Worst decision ever to buy beko. Got LG for past 14 years with no issues
