Regret purchasing
Purchased a Beko dryer 6 months ago, a small plastic panel inside the machine has cracked and fallen off allowing steam into the electronic circuitry. Display went faulty and selector knob wouldnt work.
Placed a call to the customer service team a week ago and after numerous calls to the service tech who never answers or responds to voicemails and return calls to the customer service team I have had zero progress with my issue and am again waiting for a further call back.
I am really regretting my purchase now and feel extra concerned as we also purchased a Beko washing machine a month ago and know if anything goes wrong its going to be another terrible experience.

Beko washing machine
This product was sold to us through jb hifi as a superior product. We've had it for less than a year and it just stopped turning on. Ive had a severe amount of problems trying to get them to organise an appointment to get it fixed. Havent had a washer for 3 weeks now. We were told it has taken as long as it had because they were waiting on a part to arrive. They havent even seen the machine or consulted with us as to what the issue could be. Finally a man came today and said he was given the wrong part but he didnt even known what was wring with the machine! When the machine worked it was fine. Pretty disappointed over all.

Beko 10 kg is a lemon and their service department leaves a lot to be desired.
**Edited to now say my machine that is not 12 months old cannot be repaired at all apparently $1100 for a machine to last less that a year is far from good enough. Still waiting on a phone call from somewhere in Beko land from Monday. It's now been 6 weeks since I've had a washing machine, and I've actually brought a second hand Electrolux to do what this machine should be doing.

e last of me** My machine was brought 14 January 2022 from JB Hi-fi, so 10 months old. For over a month it's had an E12 message, I call Beko lovely lady talks me through how to fix it. Do this each time same issue occurs, unfortunately you need to wait 4 days for the over sudsing to sort out. This each time stretched out to more and more days, eventually I was only able to only get 1 load a week at best. So I call to put in a service call. The service company keeps giving me the run around, communication is terrible, I'm waiting at home for people who never turn up. 10 days later they turn up, say they can't fix the machine it needs to be taken away. 7 days later I call up the service company they tell me to call Beko direct, Beko inform me that the 5 & 10 year warranty is not valid as there is a foreign object in the machine (wow), and they will take it away but it will cost me, how can I trust them to be honest in this instance now? This is how they offer a higher than usual warranty (and the reason I went with this instead of a different brand), by not offering the warranty they advertise. 5 Service Tickets For a Washer, 3 Months before $1300 Dryer Failed
Bought an 8.5kg Auto-dose Washer from Retravision, BFL853ADW, on special ($704) in November 2018, and then the matching Heat Pump Dryer from Appliances Online, BDP83HW, ($1280) 4 months later to have the pigeon pair to try cut down on our power bill.
Right from the get go, the washer knocked wickedly (even though it was leveled on solid ground and was confirmed by the repairers), was too sensitive on the touchpad (so much so that you didn't have to touch it to shut the washing down) and overall was a poor excuse of a very expensive washer.

n the period of 6 months I had raised 4 service tickets to repair the washer (rubber seals swell, kept happening with updated parts) which made the detergent drawer hard to open, subsequently making the front handle snap off the drawer. The Customer care team kept sending Camtec to repair the machine, which is another story in itself, but I digress. The 5th service ticket was for them to remove the machine because at the end of the day we had to exercise our right to choose a refund, after multiple repairs. The Heat pump dryer kept leaving clothes damp and after 3 months of minimal use, the heat pump failed outright (the part that you know, makes the dryer dry). Called the customer care team to ask what they were planning on doing to which they said they'd repair it. I said said no chance because of the continual failure of the washer and to remove the machine as I wouldn't have Camtec come back to my property. Appliances Online agreed with my position and confirmed that they would refund us the money, as a 3 month old and $1300 machine should not have failed. As such gave us a full refund on it and we used the refund to purchase a new, better made, dryer and a dish washer as we are moving in to a new house shortly. This shouldn't be happening with their premium range of machines. As such I will never recommend them to ANYONE. We ended up buying a 10kg Top loader LG washer, and an Electrolux 7.5kg Vented dryer. Don't buy beko!!
We have had so many issues with our beko fridge, washing machine and dishwasher
I would not recommend to anyone and I will never buy beko again
The main issue is when you try get help when your appliance do stuff up.
The people on the phone try to be nice but they don't really help you.
Don't expect your issue to be fixed anytime soon
Our washing machine put holes in our clothes some how and took me 5 months of arguing and constantly ringing up before they finally said they would give us a refund

faulty oven not very old
Our oven is only a couple of years old and already has issues (probably the thermostat). As the warranty was not transferrable from the previous owners, we have to repair a nearly new oven. I believe ovens should last longer than this and am not happy

house full of beko
we own a Beko, front load washer( Door leaks and always floods laundry), tumble dryer ( clothes never dry unless u leave them in the dryer for 3 or 4 hours for one load), dish washer ( not much pressure and often leaves dishes dirty, yes its been cleaned and checked ), self cleaning oven( not easy to clean, should not be called self cleaning at all and leaves baked on marks) and cook top( keeps turning the gas off on its own ).... every item is rubbish and has some kind of faults with it .... will never ever buy this brand again... my advice is stay away from it!!!

Washing machine broke down in under 3 years
I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my Beko WMY8046LB2 front load washing machine.
I purchased it on 03/10/2016 from Bing Lee Rhodes. It stopped working on Sunday 22/09/2019, just 2 weeks shy of 3 years. The water will fill up as if it is going to commence the cycle, but then immediately drains, and the machine turns off by itself. Only my wife and I use it, who both work office jobs, and do not overload the washing machine (we have no kids, no pets etc).

few suggestions on what to do. One was to contact the Beko customer care line to see what they can do, particularly as all their current machines now offer 5 years manufacturer warranty and 10 years on the motor + compressor (geez, I wonder why). I rang Beko Customer Service on 1300 282 356 at 8.53am (AEST) on Monday 23rd September and spoke with Adam. I provided him all the details mentioned above, but he said there was nothing they could do about it and referred me to contact a third-party repairer, Courtesy Appliance Services, in Penrith on 02 4722 8866. I gave them a call who quoted $120 for the call-out fee, and the pricing for the possible parts was $40 for the belt, $85 for the pump, and $180 for the internal board. It's definitely not the belt or pump, so being the board, totalling a cost of $300 which is half the price of the machine. For a low-use 7.5kg washing machine, I am appalled that it broke down in under 3 years, with no further help from Beko. I am very unhappy with my purchase.1 comment

Customer care really DON'T care
I purchased a 90cm Induction cook top in early July'19. I followed all the advice about cleaning & cookware & then approx 7 weeks after installing it, I noticed some scratches on the surface.

Awful quality and customer care
Still waiting for a working fridge after 2,5 months after the purchase of the original one. Had two replacement ones in the meantime, Beko had finally agreed to replace the 3rd fridge after numerous calls and visits from their service agent. They have sent a wrong part twice as well and in the end the fridge is reparable anyway. Have to chase them myself with updates, every time I call I am being treated like a nuisance. Had written a complaint almost a month ago and still haven't heard anything back. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

The Worst Customer "care"
This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have done nothing to help us repair a dishwasher DSFN 4630S that was faulty from the first year it was purchased. The Customer "care" operator put me on hold for 10 minutes only to come back to me with no solutions or help other than to have me pay for yet another repairman.

Terrible Fridge!
5 years ago we purchased a Beko fridge model gnev322. 2 years later (just out of warranty of course) the ice maker stopped working so we replaced the entire unit. Within 14 months the unit stopped producing ice and a year ago (now a separate problem) water has been pooling in the bottom of the fridge every 1-2weeks. So we now have to deal with that ongoing problem! It has also started rusting around the water dispenser surround. AVOID

Warranty not what it seems to be
I purchased a beko fridge less than a year ago. I have experienced loud noises since, mostly at night time with the fan rattling. The noise is intermittent. The company stated that if I can't prove the fridge isn't operating normally then i have to pay for the service call out fee which is expensive. I think that it's not really a warranty if they try to find an excuse for the noises saying that they are normal. I will throw it out and buy a different brand, I really can't be bothered with all of the fuss. I just wanted someone to look at it without being threatened with the cost of a service call.

Big mistake buying BEKO HEATPUMP
First time I purchased BEKO product which is Beko heatpump BDP700W NOT impressed at all. I read instructions, put small load on and it did NOT dry it like my old fisher and paykel vented dryer did on first go. I had to put load on again so how is that saving me on my power if I have to keep running items through again?? Another thing where hell is the TIMER ? This is rubbish with no timer not a good buy at all even vented dryers tell you how long you have, now come on this has lcd screen and Im shocked it doesnt have a timer. I paid big money for this so I expect all the bells and whistles. I want my money back or good deal on your Beko BDP83HW as long as it has a timer?

I had that fault too and just stopped working. Happened to both ours.
The company I bought it off have sent me a replacement. Waiting on its arrival, I hope this one ok.
I rang beko and they were sending out a repairman the following week but suggested I could return to store as I had the product under seven days. I must say both the Beko service and the company I bought the dishwasher from were very good in the way business was conducted. I have a becko heat pump dryer very good so I thought I would try Beko again and of course the extended warranty was a big draw card.
