Induction cooktop -Don’t follow up with promotions- scam
l purchased 2 Beko ovens and a cooktop few years ago, it was supposed to come with a set of Jamie Oliver saucepans if you spent so many thousand dollars. After completing the online form and submitting - nothing. Even the store where’s purchase them, followed up on my emails. Got no where, the eventual excuse was out of stock! I spent a lot of time and money on saucepans that are induction that don’t work on the cooktop. Recently the topic has been brought up again And l was told to go to the ACCC. Think l might now.
Don’t buy one.

That’s terrible dryer machine

Don't buy one.
Drip tray needs to be emptied 4-6 weeks in summer and has ruined my floor which has to be replaced. This was my second fridge after first one replaced with same problem.

I don't know how you can help, I certainly don't want another Beko fridge. I have to get my floor fixed don't know much it will cost??? I'm not happy as having trouble getting people out to even look at it.

Dishwasher going strong!
Purchased a Beko dishwasher 4 years ago and it has been solid as a rock. Was one of the cheaper models but it gets the job done very well. The quality is very acceptable given the price point.

Products break within a month and Beko take weeks to repair.
I purchased a washing machine after my washing machine of 12 years broke down. My brand new Beko washing machine broke down after 4 washes due to a spinning malfunction, it has taken 3 weeks to have this machine repaired and i am still waiting...
The customer service has been useless, they have provided zero help and no compensation. You can imagine how much washing i have waiting for the repair to be completed as i have a family and a 3 month old.
I encourage you to stay away from all Beko products, they are hopeless!

Absolute rubbish- by a repairman.
I’ve had so many of their washers that are so new and failed it’s ridiculous. Of all the washers, even the cheaper Chinese brands Beko I would rate the absolute worst.
They must be designed to fail. Latest one is just 3 years old. Just out of warranty. A supposedly Pro Smart Inverter 7kg front load washer.
I would never buy a Beko. You’d get better life out of a refurbished popular brand and save money

Customer Care does not honour what is promised
Prior to delivery of our washing machine, we spoke with 3 different customer service confirming that we can include installation and removal of the old machine. This can be done with the person/s who delivers the new machine. On the day, the delivery people (most likely couriers) will not install nor remove our old machine. Not their problem. On contacting Customer Care, they deny that they offer installation and removal service despite us providing the names of the people we spoke with, and they refuse to allow complaints to be lodged. ted Customer Care again later wanting to lodge a formal complaint and was rudely told that they have arranged the installation and removal. This is after acknowledging that the previous calls were recorded. Regardless they refuse to allow me to lodge a complaint, saying that they have resolved my issue and will pay for the installation and removal. Well, I had to pay the guy $50 for installation and purportedly the removal, and guess what? A week later, my old machine has yet to be collected. SO WHAT RESOLUTION?! Will I be reimbursed the $50 now? and when will the old machine be collected? Lesson learnt - there is no avenue to complain here at Beko.1 comment

lls you referenced and confirmed that the condition of the offer made to you did not include installation or removal. Our explanation to you did advised that many of the delivery agent will do those things for a fee, however that would be payable to the agent and not covered by Beko. We have contacted the agent who advised us that the old unit is being picked up today. 5 years on... Beko dishwasher is cheap junk
I bought a Beko DIN 5834X dishwasher 5 years ago. It is their very-fancy fully integrated model... It is junk. Plastic retaining clips break easily so top drawer comes off.
Door tension cannot be adjusted without removing the entire dishwasher, which for a fully integrated model means I have to disassemble a not insignificant part of my kitchen.
1/10l do not recommend.

Don't ever buy a Beko fridge
Three years after buying a new Beko fridge it just died. Beko's service agent waited a whole day before answering my phone calls and then told me he was busy and would get back to me but never did. I wish I had read these reviews before. I'll never buy anything Beko again.

not fit for purpose
Fridge door rusts after 10 months use. Replacement door rusts 11 months later. End of same year, fridge stopped working. 2 years in use total. Warranty expires. Contacted Beko. Nothing

Interesting to read other comments regarding Beko designing products to last until warranty expires.
Update. Beko contacted with a reference number to fix. Called company to arrange fix. Reference number not activated. Christmas Day no fridge. Contractor booked for 2 Jan, they can’t promise call out without reference number.

Buyer beware
Hey guys, i purchased a beko 8kg dryer for myself in july 2022, by oct 11 2022 it had failed and after 2 months it has now been repaired. I had requested a refund for this product, contacted ACCC and fair trading but all of this is pointless. I am actually going to take the repaired dryer back and if it fails again it needs to go to QCAT to be resolved.

Worst service ever! Loved the oven until had to deal with servicing! Crap customer service, waiting for months on part!
Only reason I gave a 3 star is because the oven it self is great but the part and service are a joke!
I have a 94L Beko Pyrolytic oven and I absolutely loved it because the inside is so big compared what I was able to fit inside on previous oven in same space, BUT!
But the inside glass cracked within a few short months after a hot tray (provided by manufacturer) fell as I was pulling it out..

Regret purchasing
Purchased a Beko dryer 6 months ago, a small plastic panel inside the machine has cracked and fallen off allowing steam into the electronic circuitry. Display went faulty and selector knob wouldnt work.
Placed a call to the customer service team a week ago and after numerous calls to the service tech who never answers or responds to voicemails and return calls to the customer service team I have had zero progress with my issue and am again waiting for a further call back.
I am really regretting my purchase now and feel extra concerned as we also purchased a Beko washing machine a month ago and know if anything goes wrong its going to be another terrible experience.

Beko washing machine
This product was sold to us through jb hifi as a superior product. We've had it for less than a year and it just stopped turning on. Ive had a severe amount of problems trying to get them to organise an appointment to get it fixed. Havent had a washer for 3 weeks now. We were told it has taken as long as it had because they were waiting on a part to arrive. They havent even seen the machine or consulted with us as to what the issue could be. Finally a man came today and said he was given the wrong part but he didnt even known what was wring with the machine! When the machine worked it was fine. Pretty disappointed over all.

Beko 10 kg is a lemon and their service department leaves a lot to be desired.
**Edited to now say my machine that is not 12 months old cannot be repaired at all apparently $1100 for a machine to last less that a year is far from good enough. Still waiting on a phone call from somewhere in Beko land from Monday. It's now been 6 weeks since I've had a washing machine, and I've actually brought a second hand Electrolux to do what this machine should be doing.

e last of me** My machine was brought 14 January 2022 from JB Hi-fi, so 10 months old. For over a month it's had an E12 message, I call Beko lovely lady talks me through how to fix it. Do this each time same issue occurs, unfortunately you need to wait 4 days for the over sudsing to sort out. This each time stretched out to more and more days, eventually I was only able to only get 1 load a week at best. So I call to put in a service call. The service company keeps giving me the run around, communication is terrible, I'm waiting at home for people who never turn up. 10 days later they turn up, say they can't fix the machine it needs to be taken away. 7 days later I call up the service company they tell me to call Beko direct, Beko inform me that the 5 & 10 year warranty is not valid as there is a foreign object in the machine (wow), and they will take it away but it will cost me, how can I trust them to be honest in this instance now? This is how they offer a higher than usual warranty (and the reason I went with this instead of a different brand), by not offering the warranty they advertise. 5 Service Tickets For a Washer, 3 Months before $1300 Dryer Failed
Bought an 8.5kg Auto-dose Washer from Retravision, BFL853ADW, on special ($704) in November 2018, and then the matching Heat Pump Dryer from Appliances Online, BDP83HW, ($1280) 4 months later to have the pigeon pair to try cut down on our power bill.
Right from the get go, the washer knocked wickedly (even though it was leveled on solid ground and was confirmed by the repairers), was too sensitive on the touchpad (so much so that you didn't have to touch it to shut the washing down) and overall was a poor excuse of a very expensive washer.

n the period of 6 months I had raised 4 service tickets to repair the washer (rubber seals swell, kept happening with updated parts) which made the detergent drawer hard to open, subsequently making the front handle snap off the drawer. The Customer care team kept sending Camtec to repair the machine, which is another story in itself, but I digress. The 5th service ticket was for them to remove the machine because at the end of the day we had to exercise our right to choose a refund, after multiple repairs. The Heat pump dryer kept leaving clothes damp and after 3 months of minimal use, the heat pump failed outright (the part that you know, makes the dryer dry). Called the customer care team to ask what they were planning on doing to which they said they'd repair it. I said said no chance because of the continual failure of the washer and to remove the machine as I wouldn't have Camtec come back to my property. Appliances Online agreed with my position and confirmed that they would refund us the money, as a 3 month old and $1300 machine should not have failed. As such gave us a full refund on it and we used the refund to purchase a new, better made, dryer and a dish washer as we are moving in to a new house shortly. This shouldn't be happening with their premium range of machines. As such I will never recommend them to ANYONE. We ended up buying a 10kg Top loader LG washer, and an Electrolux 7.5kg Vented dryer. We have had so many issues with our beko fridge, washing machine and dishwasher
I would not recommend to anyone and I will never buy beko again
The main issue is when you try get help when your appliance do stuff up.
The people on the phone try to be nice but they don't really help you.
Don't expect your issue to be fixed anytime soon
Our washing machine put holes in our clothes some how and took me 5 months of arguing and constantly ringing up before they finally said they would give us a refund
