Washing machine
I am absolutely disgusted that after three and a half years I have had to replace the motor in our machine.
We are a two person household and to think after normal use I have had this expense.
We bought a Beko airconditioner which failed after less than twelve months. Beko stopped making it and I got a different brand.
I would never recommend let alone buy another Beko product.
I am upset; angry and out of pocket $3330 dollars.

There is no option for zero stars
I bought a Beko front loading washing machine in December 2016. In February 2017 the motor blew up and they replaced it. In September 2017, a load of clothes was damaged (fibres ripped on fabrics somehow) and although the machine would fill and empty with water, it wouldn't spin. I called Bing Lee to request a complete refund (second machine in a year!!!) who were super helpful in trying to chase Beko, but Beko were not interested in assisting and said the machine needed to be repaired. They refused to contact me directly and instead their gene...Read more
ral repairer was sending me text messages saying my parts were ready. After 3 days of chasing via Bing Lee (who they were extremely rude to also - as I listened in on the conversation by phone) I'm still waiting for someone to call me to explain what my options are. Special shout out to Bing Lee - but don't buy Beko, especially if you expect a working machine and any sort of customer service.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Fridge sounded like a truck but they replaced it.
Our Beko fridge became very noisy after about six months. It could be heard throughout the house. It worked ok (kept food cold) but sounded laboured and the motor wasn't turning on and off. We rang our local Betta store and they organised a Beko service person. He came later that week and confirmed the motor was faulty and on the way out. Beko contacted us and arranged a new fridge to be delivered by our local Betta store. Not too sure about the fridge but the customer service from Betta and Beko was great. Hopefully the fridge works ok.

Best fridge yet
I write this positive review because all to often the only people who comment are those who have had a poor experience and likely bias. I cannot be happier with the fridge, features and functionality (2 motors, 2 doors, too happy) and after market service provided. I was so impressed I had my son buy one.

Dangerous front loader
My beko front loader 8kg washing machine glass door exploded. Luckily no one was in front of it. It was 4 yrs old. It destroyed all my clothes, about $400 worth. Beko didn't want to know about it

Do not get it
I have a front loader washing machine i had constant trouble then they replaced the whole machine, now i put a load on and during mid-cycle the glass on the door shattered and went flying through my laundry, thank god no one was there at the time. There was nothing in there to cause the shatter just clothes, i am soooo angry. My kids or anyone could of been seriously harmed. Plus i lost over $350 worth of clothing all cut up. Never am i getting this brand again.

Frustrated
I was happy with the fridge purchase. It really keeps food consitently cold, no dramas there. The handle has damaged. It frustrates me to no extnt because I can't even use the handle now. We have to open it by the side. If you forget to grab somethng out and go back the seal it has now is insane. The handle is useless and I paid a fair amount for the fridge.

Award for worst customer service!
My husband & I purchased a Beko fridge (product code J254842410, model number DN140120) from JB HI FI Home Superstore in Carseldine on the 02/04/13. Within 10months (around February 2014) our food was spoiling. After contacting Beko a technician was sent out. The technician said there was a pin hole leak that would be near impossible to find & he had seen this on a few Beko fridges. His opinion was it would be cheaper to replace the fridge than fix it but that it definitely should be replaced. He topped it up with gas & said Beko should contact...Read more
us within the week. They did not. I had to send numerous emails & make phone calls, only for an extremely rude customer service girl (who's name I shall keep private) to tell me she didn't know what I was talking about. She spoke to me in such a condescending tone & was beyond rude, even telling my husband what she thought of me. I wrote a letter of formal complaint to their head office & nothing was done. It wasn't even acknowledged. A few weeks later we received a gift card for groceries that did not begin to cover how much food was spoiled. We received no further contact from Beko & within 10months, our food was spoiling again. I emailed Beko & was told a technician would be sent out. We waited over a week. My husband called them & was kept on hold for almost an hour until we realised they had closed. Another week later a technician came out & was appalled they had filled a leaking fridge with gas & tried to patch it up. His opinion, like the previous technician-was that it should be replaced. He didn't top it up & said we should hear from Beko soon. While all this was going on we were in the process of planning a wedding & the thought of not having a fridge was slightly stressful. Weeks passed, I emailed Beko a few times & was in contact with Office Of Fair Trading trying to get a refund. One afternoon at about 4:30-5pm, South Burnett Refrigeration called me saying she had a Beko fridge for me. I had no clue what she was talking about as Beko had not communicated with me in weeks. It was dropped off & the broken one was taken away. However, by accepting a working fridge the Office Of Fair Trading wiped their hands clean of me. A gift card was never received for this second lot of food spoilage & we are now stuck with a fridge that could potentially break in 10months with no warranty (as all this ridiculousness took place within the 2year warranty) . This has been an absolute nightmare. I urge anyone buying a new fridge-do not even consider Beko.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I had that fault too and just stopped working. Happened to both ours.
The company I bought it off have sent me a replacement. Waiting on its arrival, I hope this one ok.
I rang beko and they were sending out a repairman the following week but suggested I could return to store as I had the product under seven days. I must say both the Beko service and the company I bought the dishwasher from were very good in the way business was conducted. I have a becko heat pump dryer very good so I thought I would try Beko again and of course the extended warranty was a big draw card.

Hi I bought all refrigerator 3 years ago. Last month we noticed a bad odour coming from the fridge. Black deposits were found leaking from the inside cover. Don’t know what’s wrong . Worst decision ever to buy beko. Got LG for past 14 years with no issues
