Absolutely no good at all! How can you take someone's booking & money send through a booking confirmation no, then send an email which i found in my junkmail luckily saying we couldn't issue a ticket because of two different airlines. Hello, happens all the time doesn't it. Now for the best part, i ring, i email, was told i would be called back, nothing in two days. Now when i ring, i either rings out or on hold then eventually hangs up. Who the hell are you people, do you exist? How come your still allowed to trade, treating people like this, ...

I booked online in a hurry and had a couple of issues so I called them to have it corrected. They were very helpful and accommodating - and even gave me a couple of pointers about how to avoid the mishaps next time. I will certainly book with them again!

I bought a plane ticket, some days later they told me the ticket could not be issued due to security concerns (but they had already charged me).
They proceed to reimburse me even if I did not agree and due to exchange rates and bank fees I received around 90$ less than what I first payed.
Called them several times to get a full reimbursement, the person I contacted promised he'll discuss it with the financial team and call me back. A week later I am still waiting.

I basically paid 90$ for no service and a lot of time wasted. Never again.

Be sure no one I know will ever use your services.

Booked online and paid by credit card. Got receipt for payment & money taken from account. Then, email to say credit card insecure. Checked with bank, card is perfect. They couldn't understand. No response to about 20 ph calls & emails. Pure frustration over next 4-5 days. Finally, someone to speak to, but Indian Accent so hard to understand, plus he said he was in London & I phoned him. As my Dad recently passed & from Christchurch, this trip is for him to return possessions, etc. Eventually I got my money back. But what an ordeal. Never deal with this lot again. Have read a lot of similar stories. Don't need this, especially as still grieving my loss. Avoid these people.

My trip is AUS to South America and return. I booked these tickets online, i feel the application was easy to use, the pricing was reasonable and this is the reason i selected this Agent but, there was a hidden tax and credit card % surcharge. However, the booking process was straight forward and good Customer Service. Shortly I got the e-ticket and follow up call from the Agent. I was surprise for the efficiency of this Agent/Agency and also grateful to OLIVER. Good work Oliver. Thank you.

Though it was finally possible to change the booking after a mistake in the dates, the amount of effort required would mean that I would not use this site in future and just book directly with the airline. The information in your website is too widely distributed so that the terms and conditions are not all in one place. The experience of booking with BookTop deals was a bit like ordering a cappuccino and being charged extra for the milk and sugar. People want to book a flight that clearly reveals all the terms and conditions and includes such necessary items as luggage in the booking. The guy I dealt with was very helpful but he was hamstrung by an inflexible system that charges for oxygen when buying fresh air.

After initial doubts they booked my flight and I have confirmed with the airline. I will withdraw my complaint with the ACCC. Thanks [name removed], I hope everything is ok, good luck.

Overseas flights, done in person and very easy to arrange, paid by credit card and electronic confirmations received promptly which makes everything seem like it is going to all go off smoothly.

I got cheap ticket,but when I tried to change the return flight date,no response! Sent 5 emails,called the number they provide 100 times,they responded 5 days later, and asking 800 dollars!?!?!?!? I changed ticket on quantas website fo 80 bucks....

Found the cheapest flight possible to New Zealand. Had a couple of issues with what I'd read online about top deal but when I called to verify everything I was helped out by Oliver as much as he was able. Even called me a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. Great service and would use again for sure.

I was asked to send a copy of my credit card and passport, which I didnt for an evident fraud reason. was refunded within 5days (it misses 20bucks but ill let it go for that time).

First airline company i've seen asking for that. Will never send them anyway, they better change their way of sending e-tickets.
