Had same order every 2 weeks for 12mths. No problems at all. But prior xmas...orders started to be late arriving until no product arrives at all, excuse was couriers delay???? Now $220.00 taken....no product. No response from boomerang. Why wont they answer messages / phone???? Their direct debit continues to work very well!

Ordered food and after not receiving any tracking details for several days, followed up on their website only to be told 2 days after I asked that someone had spoken to me about my delivery.
Perplexed after not receiving a call and getting a sense of being given the runaround I requested cancellation of my order and refund. After waiting several more days for a response I got a response saying it had been posted.
I then called and was told a refund would be issued. Would never use this service again. Ever.

Where can i begin! Well the director, Robert is such an amazing owner. I placed an order on thursday morning (10:00 AM) and received my dogs food same day at around (2:00). This service is just stella! i call Robert everytime i require something and he performs through listening to my requests. Ive never dealt with such professional people! Robert even memorises customers names, voices and numbers to add a more friendly connection. Well done BOOMERANG! no more petparn! Hahah! Cheers!

I have 3 dogs permanentlty and also breed on a small scale. I've been purchasing from Boomerang for a couple of years now, and find them to consistently offer great service, high class products and excellent service, together with reasonable pricing and prompt delivery. Ordered dry dog food on 2.02.2016, never received it. Seller provided me with the fake tracking number, promised to send a replacement and did nothing. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back.

Ordered food on 21st Jan and after a few days sent two unanswered enquiries to their website. Then I rang the mobile number of the owner and he said it was the couriers fault...in the 2nd convo he said he'd arrange a taxi to pick up the order and deliver it to us that night! What a load of crap. All this after getting good service from this guy for over a year. I've just contacted my bank to reverse the transaction!

Items in stock will deliver the SAME DAY if you desire - you even have the choice of AM or PM! Delivery is super cheap at $4.95. They have a vet attached to their service now. Robert, the proprietor, could not be more obliging and he is always going the extra mile to get what customers need. They have a large range of food for cats and dogs and the prices are unbeatable! Cannot recommend them highly enough! Do not bother going anywhere else!
