I bought my first pair of flannel sheets last winter and I cannot wait for winter to come back around to put these back on the bed. The quality is lovely and they are so snuggly, it is like hopping into a warm hug when these sheets are on the bed. I would highly recommend this brand for quality and price - a rare combination.

I ordered the Royale Luxury Knit Throw - Valentini and its beautiful! It came in good time and feels and looks lovely. They have afterpay available as well. I will defiantly be ordering from Canningvale again next time I want something!

The sheets feel beautiful but they shrink. They did send replacements and they have shrunk too, we have 8 pillow cases that are unusable due to the extent of the shrinking and a king sheet that practically lifts the mattress because it’s too small and the flat sheet does not hang on the sides due to shrinking. We won’t be buying these again.

I recently bought new Canningvale bath towel sets. They would have to be the most luxurious feeling towels that I have used for quite a while. They are so soft and dry you so well. The bath mat is so good to walk on it makes me want to have a bath or shower just so I can use the mat. The delivery time was good and the goods come so well packaged. They would make the perfect gift for someone and it would be a gift that I would love to receive.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Canningvale regarding a warranty claim on a set of sheets.The service provided by Ashleigh was exceptional.My query & claim were addressed immediately with a replacement offered & sent.Wish other stores could provide such great customer after care service.

These sheets actually feel like 1000TC, not like those other 1000TCs you see on the market that feel light and not heavy. If you like your sheets to feel thick, soft and smooth - these are great!

The sheets are extremely rough and heavy, even after using fabric softener in the wash. Got them to the bed and the king sheets DO NOT fit properly. I've had some very tight fitting sheets before, but this wasn't even close to fitting. Avoid these inferior products.

Definitely not wash and use. Badly crinkle in the wash and require laborious ironing.

Be very wary if you're considering purchasing sheets from Canningvale. I purchased the Mille 1000 Thread Count Cotton Sheet Sets - Queen size, and I am not impressed. The quality of the material is lovely, and the weight is fine, but they do not fit a queen size bed properly, and shrink even more after washing. The pillowcases are also too short for a standard size pillow - at least 10cm shorter than pillow cases from other sheet sets I have from other reputable brands. The order was delivered in a timely manner.

It's not everyday you come across the most exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Therefore today, after several and all positive communications, I am converted! I will never buy my linen from another place. You have won my loyalty to you as a consumer.

I bought 6x bath sheets, 2 x floor towels & 2 x hand towels. I opened them to find all the products had varying pulls. I contacted Canningvale & they said this was normal. After washing they have lost colour & now have red blotches through grey towels. Very disappointing for a fairly expensive purchase. I would NOT recommend this brand.

I've bought bed linen from Canningvale 3 times now. The online shop is really easy to use and orders are dispatched really quickly. They offer a guarantee on their sheets which initially I didn't appreciate. They respond to email enquiries really quickly in a friendly and polite manner. If you spend over $130 they will deliver for free, otherwise delivery is around $14.

I have bought the 1000 thread Mille Sheet set. The quality of the linen itself is very nice with a good weight. Unfortunately the fitted King sheet is just too tight and doesn't fit under the mattress on one side. There is insufficient depth in these sheets. They say they are 40cm but they are a little short of that. A good fitted sheet for a king bed mattress with a big of body in the mattress should be 45cm to fit underneath all the way around. The top sheet doesn't even have enough material to tuck in on both sides. Just watch out for this if you have luxury styled mattresses. I don't have a topper on this bed either.

Such a disappointment. I was excited to be able to spend some money on good quality linen for my new house, however after spending $52 on each towel I was to be extremely disappointed when the delivery came. The products are of such an inferior make as to be classed as cheap and nasty. I also purchased a bathrobe, which is quite nice, but overpriced for what it is and similar or nicer items can be bought in store at a much cheaper price.
Delivery was very quick, only two days.
Materials were cheap and nasty and highly overpriced.
