Great product and great service. CC installed laminate timbering flooring downstairs and lush, thick, carpet with thick cushioning underlay upstairs. The carpeting was so soft and comfortable I even slept on the floor for three nights while we waited for our move-in date and removalists to deliver our beds!

Further, CC's laminate flooring installer was excellent: great attention to detail and even called out our builder over a slight unevenness and dip in the original concrete slab on which he was laying the laminate. A true professional.

My partner and I recently visited the Indooroopilly store to arrange new flooring for our home.
Firstly, The staff were wonderful to deal with and made the experience as stress free as possible.
The group of guys who laid our laminate flooring did and exceptional job - very impressed with the workmanship.
I am honestly overwhelmed with how great our home now looks.

Product quality not same as described, bad service for warranty claims.

My laminate timber Trendtime 6 floor was bought from carpet call, and I let them to install it for me last year July. Not even one year, has a few problems already, contacted them since Dec 2017, not fixed, no follow up from their office, booked fixing job day no one showing up. Both of them have provided their excellent and best services from their capacity to choose my laminate and install at my place in a very short notice. I am really glad to see to get the job as per my expectations and which is very important from the customer point of view. Both of them kept on chasing and inquiring until the final job is done at my place. Mr Moe was there even to do the final inspection of every single corner of my house where the floor board was laid and kept on asking about my satisfaction. The installation was a different experience with the guys trying to install cheap borders to save time and not wanting to remove kitchen flooring as quoted. They lost my building and apartment access keys and burnt the adjoining new bedroom carpets whilst attaching door trims - very disappointing experience.

5 years ago with a newly built house I had laminate in the living areas and carpets in bedrooms. Found the laminates easy to clean and maintain. So decided to rip the carpets off and had it laminated with the same Parador Classic 1050. Dan and his team did a very good and thorough job in installation. They were professional at all times and left the my house clean.

We have just had Parador Laminat flooring put in throughout our home and would highly recommend Carpet Call. The product range was excellent and we found exactly the colour and style we were looking for. Customer service has been fantastic, from knowledgeable sales staff, to prompt over-the-phone service, and on-time, professional installers that worked hard all day to complete an amazing job in 1 day, they were so very help and abliging nothing was a problem for these guys I am extremely happy with our new floor and the A1 service from Carpet Call.

Paid a deposit in May for an order of over $25000 (second order for the same house). It's now almost November and the job isn't finished and we already have faults in the laminate flooring. We only have about 30% of the carpet done and one of those rooms is only partially done. We paid in full in August and have 6 rooms out of 8 plus a large stairway not done. Purchased laminate flooring from the Helensvale Store. Everything was fine during the sale, but as the installation commenced we soon found out about the integrity of this company. We were told 3 days maximum for the installation, that then stretched to 4 days and now there is not enough stock in Queensland to finish the job and we have to wait another week. The installation team also damaged our walls and left a mess on the front lawn and were constantly late to arrive and early to leave. The communication at all levels was not acceptable. Very happy to make the sale but refuse to take responsibility for any issues.

They provided excellent advice and never put any pressure on us to buy. Laid the incorrect laminate flooring in our house and poor workman ship of carpet laid.

Carpet was laid, but installation was not complete. We moved in and the carpet is RIDDLED with nails (sharp end up) poking through in every room that is carpeted and very badly where carpet meets flooring (where you get a lot of foot traffic). Our new carpets look & feel lush & beautiful. Laminate flooring on lounge/dining room has given the rooms a whole new look. If fact the whole house looks so refreshed. We are so happy with the look, the products and the help & service we were given to make our home look this way.

In mid June I went to Maribyrnong store. I saw vinal laminate flooring, the manager approached me and asked if I need help. I showed him which I liked and told him that I don't know the amount I need, so I will come back with the measurement.

This is the third time we have used Midland Carpet Call over the years, very happy with service and especially happy with the timber laminate installation, the installer when the extra mile to accommodate the rounded edges at the ends of the skirting boards.

Having ordered laminate for our new kitchen area and hallway from the Rockingham store, I encountered a possible problem. Vivec who had taken over as manager after the initial order,was the epitome of what customer service should be. It's not about not having problems but how those problems are dealt with and resolved. Vivec went out of his way to help, visiting the house a couple of times prior to fitting and organising everything, he kept in touch, phoned when he said he would and dealt with everything in a calm manner. Nothing was too much trouble and I can't thank him enough for his help.

The service from the staff at Epping Carpet Call was terrific from sales to installation. Very happy with my new laminate flooring.
