We had an urgent job to lay carpet in two rooms when I visited the sales room at Carpet Call Cambelltown NSW the sales rep Omar was extremely helpful and was even able to come and check our measurements the same day. The carpet layer Fardin turned up and did an amazing job and even completed a small carpet repair on our stairwell as a bonus it is not often you get such great service by all involved but this was definetely one of those. Thank you Carpet Call

This is a review for Carpetcall Toowoomba. I am writing this out of sheer frustration. Absolute time wasters. Turned up for shutters and flooring, both times with out samples as requested. Second time half an hour late and excuse was the samples wouldn't fit in the car and blamed the sales assistant. crap. Will NOT go for the trifecta.

Fantastic process from a prompt measure and quote, help choosing just the right colour and product and installation on time and done perfectly (thanks Perry!). Super easy from start to finish with excellent customer service as well. Would gladly recommend Carpet Call !

Not received a receipt of my payment. Bad workmanship of the installation of carpet, ugly joint in the middle of the room; small, inserted piece of carpet with two joints in bedroom.

Luxurious carpet laid professionally. Carpet layers communicated well, turned up on time, and worked hard to install the new underlay and carpet after removing the old carpet. Thanks Mooey and dad!

Great service from warehousing staff Khanh at the Balcatta office. Went above and beyond, displayed patience and kindness and was proactive in resolving an issue for me which was greatly appreciated.

Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this store.
I took a day off work for installation and the store “forgot” to tell me the carpets were delayed (even though they knew days prior).
To make matters worse after trying to escalate the matter (after 41 days of chasing the store and area manager) the state manager Daniel Upton simply told me the matter was closed.
They’re wonderful during the sale but obviously couldn’t care less about their customers.
To make matters worse, the installer put 3 connections in a small area that shouldn’t have had any.

Many thanks to Adam from the Artarmon store for measurement and advice. Special mention to David and Moey for the great job they did in laying the carpet. They were thorough and paid attention to detail. They were careful with furniture. We are delighted with the finished product.

We ordered plantation shutters last October and paid $1500 deposit well after 5 months they finally arrived we had to pay the balance 2 days before they fitted them as stated in the contract or they won’t proceed, this isn’t right having to pay upfront before we get the job completed, so the day arrived to fit them and guess what ! They are wrong . So now we are $3000 dollars down for blinds that are wrong and will probably take 5 more months to remake

Our home was recently recarpeted with new carpet purchased from Carpet Call and the installation was undertaken by Sam and Pablo. What a great job they did! Very professional, neat and beautiful. A great team to have and they both met our expectations. They were careful, informative and helpful in this job and I would certainly recommend them as good carpet installers. Thanks again Sam and Pablo.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience through Carpet Call Fountain Gate.
We placed a large order including floors / carpet & blinds.
The order of our blinds were forgotten to be processed for over 6 weeks after paying a deposit. Carpet Call took no accountability and refused any compensation.
Terrible communication throughout the whole process. Head office always spoke with us like were a problem rather then a paying customer.
Even after paying the full amount in total we still had no blinds and no word on when they would be installed.
I absolutely do NOT recommend using Carpet Call blinds. If you want to be treated like a valued customer please look elsewhere.

The install of our carpet was perfect.
Moey and David did a great job and nothing was too much trouble. They were on time and left the job clean. Would recommend again. Our finished product looks great.

Ordered Vinyl Planks from the Joondalup Store back in January, 2022. Paid deposit to have carpet removed and disposed of and planks to be laid. Date set for early February for this work. Moved furniture into storage. Was advised to pay the balance owing before installation which I did. The day came and I got a call from Shop Rep to say he had made a mistake and didn't book carpet removers separate to the vinyl plank installers and so job was cancelled. Fountain Gate store returning phone calls not on their radar great service in shop store manager and area manager promise the world once you pay you end up with a Melway, the layer was fantastic still waiting for that are you happy with the job follow up phone call as promised.

One job two very different teams. My jib was split into two. The first team were reasonable and disappointing at the same time. Sam and Pablo were very different. Friendly, thorough, professional with excellent attention to detail. Discussed issues and found resolutions. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be asking for these two again when I next need the best.

The carpets laid by the Carpet Call installation team have transformed the look of the interior of my home and I’m delighted with the end result.
Carpet Call provides an excellent end to end service, and the quality of workmanship demonstrated by the installation team is superb!

I made the mistake of paying carpet call a $6k deposit for carpet supply. The salesman estimated the size of my house based on a video I showed.

They came out to measure and my house is double the size they estimated. They do not have in stock the carpet I ordered. They are now refusing to provide me with a refund saying I cannot get my deposit back. I only ordered on the basis they could supply and install when I needed it. Now this is months away and they refuse to provide a refund. Appalling behaviour from what I thought was a reputable company. Please do not make the mistake I did and pay a large deposit which will then be held ransom.

I replaced my carpet with click laminate flooring both downstairs and upstairs as well as custom stairs. The whole experience from the initial visit to the Aspley store, to the measure and quote, and the installation was easy and hassle free and was all done in a matter of weeks - and over Christmas/New Year 20-21 too. Attentive customer service and fantastic quote from Jorge and Max. Very glad I chose to do the custom stair nose finish on the stairs. They look fabulous. There is a reason why CarpetCall don't have reviews enabled on Facebook. After hours of waiting for either people to be late, or not turn up at all, bad communication, product that in my opinion should be a "factory second", scratches on the floor on installation (which they denied, but I hadn't used the room) a damaged car and broken garage, they didn't even want to hear my complaint. I got a "sorry, not sorry" email. Don't use this company. They take exactly zero responsibility for anything that goes wrong. Thankfully my husband came home to tell me about the damage in the driveway before the installers left, so we had the chance to organise insurance.

Excellent customer service from Belrose store, job completed within 8 days of accepting quote. Staff very well organised and helpful. Carpet layer arrived on time and did a great job .Would highly recommend.

In May 2021 we had wool carpet installed at our home in the Hunter Valley, costing $12,500, through the Thornton store. A situation arose during the day of installation whereby the main carpet layer had to go home injured. He left his labourers to finish laying the carpet in the main bedroom. Two other rooms were required to be finished but due to the incorrect amount of carpet and underlay they had to be done on another day. The installation of the carpet in the main bedroom was abysmal. On 31/12/2021 we purchased two rugs at CarpetCall-Nunawading. The range of rugs available for viewing
was astounding. We greatly appreciated advice and assistance received from Mr Krishank which made the selection process easier and more enjoyable. We would also like to acknowledge Mr Krishank for organising timely delivery of our purchases despite the impact of COVID-19 on delivery services. As well we would like to thank the delivery man.
