Disappointed but satisfied with the assistance received
I'd like to thank Stephanie Peters for assistance with an issue this month.
I received a reminder notice with Arrears Notice Fees of $33.00 and an additional $303.75 charge for missing a payment due date. This was a result of issues with my new email system. I am disappointed that I did not receive an opportunity to avoid this before such a heavy penalty was imposed. I take pride in making payments on time.

Read more still incur a additional fee of $55. I understand there are cost for debt recovery situations if someone refuses to pay but surely an automated reminder like this can be generated without these fees in the first instance.Quick and efficient service
Tracey O'Shea is to person I go to when I have a problem with or have a query re. payment of a Body Corporate account at the complex I manage. She very quickly responds, checking out and solving the issue.

Professional, helpful and friendly staff
Yesterday I finally met Lisa Norvock in person. Lisa is our Community Manager and I am the chairperson for our complex. I have been liaising with Lisa in the past twelve months since Lisa commenced at Challenge Strata. I am so pleased with all the assistance and knowledge Lisa has been providing me during this time. I find Lisa to be very approachable and with a friendly disposition. I certainly look forward to continuing to work with Lisa in the future. I would also like to mention how grateful I am to Tracey who works in the Accounts Payable Department at Challenge Strata. Nothing is ever too much for Tracey. Tracey too is so approachable and really friendly. Thank you to both ladies for being such a pleasure to deal with at all times.

Great company to deal with.
As usual, my query was dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. Tracey O'shea is a credit to challenge strata, she obviously has a good working knowledge of her position and a passion for customer service. Efficient people
As treasurer of Lanikai on Brighton I have enjoyed working with our direct contacts at Challenge as I have found them to be responsive to any queries raised, providing positive information in a timely manner and have very pleasant personalities.
My only criticism regarding their organisation, and NOT the persons I deal with, is that in my opinion they could act more quickly when collecting arrears from owners.

Continued lack of cooperation
Your reponse is inadequate as the on site building manager is not a qualified Tech and cannot resolve this problem. I have attached the email exchange that commenced December 2020

Challenge Strata Management refusal for me to have NBN in spite of a BCCM conciliation agreement
In spite of a conciliation agreement by the BCCM Challenge Strata Management have place extra conditions on me to make it more difficult for me to allow NBN to connect me in my owned apartment.

Fabulous Customer Service
Tracey sorted an overdue account for me that I had been following up with the building management for most of last year. She called me and we discussed what the issues were and what was expected for the invoices to pass payment. She sent emails to all concern on what was required in the future. Also I believe she worked overtime to have all the well overdue invoices entered and passed for payment. She readily responded and answered all correspondence in a friendly, personable and very professional manner. Thanks Tracey.

Great support
Challenge Strata is the best Strata management company that I have encountered in 25 years in building management. The have fabulous staff, who have the answers to any issues who are always friendly and prompt in responding to any query. Our Strata Manager, Assistant and accounts department are fantastic.
Bill Croucher is an example of the efficiency that I mention. He is prompt to respond to emails and is always happy to answer any questions I may have.
Challenge are a great team to have working for our Body Corporate, and our Committee are very happy with the services they provide.

Service doesn't get any better
As project manager for remediation work for a BC, I requested assistance from Stephanie Shepherd at 9:00am to process a contractor's invoice urgently. By 10:00am Tracey O’Shea in A/P sent me the remittance notice for the payment that was to be made that same day. Service doesn't get any better than that.

Great support
Challenge Strata are the best Body Corporate managers that I have encountered in 25 years of building management. Our Strata Manager, Assistant and Accounts department are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They all do a great job.
