Waste of time and effort
If you've got lots of time to waste on webchat or on the phone with Citibank, then the Qantas Signature Rewards card is the card for you. I have had this card since May (5 months) and only now am I seeing Qantas FF points in my account - but only from the previous two months. I have lost count of the number of times I have had to contact them to find out what is happening. Over and over I have been assured by their customer service staff that my issue has been fixed, only to find out the following month that it hasn't. First the card wasn't lin...Read more
ked to my FF account. Then for some reason, points weren't accumulating. Supposed to be all fixed the following month - it wasn't. Chased them up again. Supposed to be fixed the following month - it wasn't. Finally months later points are finally showing on my statement - but they're not transferring into my FF account. Am told it will be fixed the following month. Am assured that ALL my points since I activated the card in May will transfer across. They don't - only the points from last two months. Contacted them yet again - and am assured again that the issue has been resolved and I just need to wait. So I wait. Still no points. Contact a different staff member. Now I am waiting for the outcome of another Rewards team investigation and someone to contact me. It is absolutely ridiculous and if it wasn't for the fact that I need the points for an upcoming holiday I'd be telling them where they can shove their stupid card. Would not recommend Citibank, it is NOT worth the hassle!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Awful Customer Service
CC process was a joke. Applied for a signature Qantas card, I was instead approved for a different card with an excuse that the amount I was approved for was slightly less than the limit needed for that card. Somewhere is the fine print you apparently give them permission to do this. Customer service is the worst. When I asked to be put through to the complaints department to lodge feedback, I was given the most rude and argumentative manager ever, he was not interested in listening to my feedback only to argue why the bank was in the right.

90000 bonus points
I spent $4000 in 90 days and ended up getting 90000 qantas points. Fees was only $49 at the time of offer. Also got a bonus dinners club card which doesnt have any international fees. The citibank app and website is also very friendly to use.

Very practical card - great benefits
Citi are fantastic and easy to deal with - bonus qantas points came immediately after hitting requirements. Priority Pass membership has also been a delight for me as a traveller. Only downside is the 0.5 qantas points per $1 conversion which is lower than standard, but not a major issue.

Reward points went through quickly with no issues
As soon as I spent the required amount, I received my bonus Qantas points which were credited on the same statement. Citibank app has been reliable and easy to use. Haven’t had any issues with the card

Best card I have owned
We bought our Europe tickets from this card and used it around Europe with good exchange rat. Rewards were great got bonus Qantas points of 100,000 too. Best thing was that it came with insurance which was handy when my wife's purse got stolen in Spain. We got everything back.

Very happy with this card
This is my daily-use card. I have had it for more than 10 years, originally for business purposes, but now for personal use. It is linked to my Qantas Frequent Flyers account and has racked up hundreds of thousands of points over the years which we have been enjoying in our retirement.
Monthly payments are handled automatically from our bank account (different bank to the card).
I primarily use it in Australia as the charges on overseas transactions are a disincentive to use it unless, as I have, needed it in an emergency. My ING refunds all the charges on my Orange Debit Card for overseas transactions as well as ATMs in Australia.
