Found a product on my deal from this store. There was a problem with a delivery, but it wasn't the store's problem. Troy from City Perfume gave me a few phone calls saying what the problem was. Excellent customer service and a product eventually arrived, very nicely packaged.

I bought a girogio arman online. I paid $15 for express delivery. After 3 days, I am yet to get my perfume.
My understanding is items purchased on express delivery within Australia should be delivered within 1 business day. as at the time of writing this review, I have not received my perfume! Bad service!!!

I went online searching for a Fragrance that is very hard to find online, they not only had it, but answered a query I had about it. They answered the phone right away, a real person (not a message or computerized sales assistant) on the other end, was so nice & helpful. As well as my authentic & correct order, I was sent a full size lip balm & numerous new Fragrance Samples to try (all brand new releases). The delivery time was within two days of placing order, and the cost was much cheaper than that of a department store. Thank you City Perfume I will be back, keep up the great work!!!!!
