I used this profuct for the 1st time. It was ok for the 1st application. The later applications were just like colour shampoo. This is only for a single use and definitely not for people with short hair.

I put dark champagne blonde in my hair 2 weeks ago. After the first wash, it was a lot lighter and it's so light now after 4 washes that I am currently sitting here with another one in my hair. I've used Clariol hair dyes many times before and they have never washed out so fast like this one.

Having used this brand, colour for many years and always been delighted with result this time was so disappointing.Fact:9.5 extra light blonde. Fact:Looks dark brown once applied as per instructions ! Fact:checked colour blend labelled bottle extra light blonde! Nothing different about hair treatment. This brand is now unreliable so cannot use it anymore

I have used this hair colour for about 20 years and have always loved it. I am so disappointed that the formula has been changed. It used to be called Natural light Ash blonde and now it is just light Ash blonde. It doesn't give the natural looking highlights that I used to get. IWhen COVID 19 first started and people were stock piling, this was one of the colours that was sold out first, so it must be a popular colour, so why change it. I am so disappointed.
I will now be looking for a new colour.

Here's proof that many colours are so not what you purchase. Totally different colours. Which one is it then? It's tough enough trying to decide what may suit, but when your photos are so very different, well...

I dyed my hairy yesterday and I dye my hair using different brands. I have never had a reaction to hair dye before, however, this formula not only reeked but it also burned my scalp and skin a bit. I'm so grateful my hair didn't fall out. A day later my scalp still feels sore, but the colour is good. I suppose I am lucky because my hair is really thick so if I lose hair hopefully nothing will happen. I don't know what to do about this itching and soreness though. Never going to use this brand again!

I coloured with Medium Champagne Blond for ten years with superb results. I loved the vibrant colour that lasted three months when I got a haircut. I was disappointed when I could no longer get my favourite colour despite hunting through stores so I decided to try pale blond in their new formula instead. The colour left a greenish tinge and dried out my hair and scalp. The new colour cream easily stained clothing and made my skin itchy. The colour also covered poorly and faded under a month. For my next hair coloring, I'm am going with a different brand. It's a nice and easy way to lose customers.

I have been using Nice and Easy for over 30 years now and have been very happy with the end result. Over the past year I have noticed a change in the condition of my hair after using your product, it is not for the better. My hair used to look and feel soft and silky every time I coloured it, NOT ANYMORE! It now feels dry instead of silky and doesn't have that shine to it anymore. I thought that maybe it was the overuse of the honey blonde colour I have been using for the past 4 years, so I decided to try the dark blonde yesterday. I am very d...
Read moreisappointed with the colour, It looks more mousey brown than blonde and nothing like the colour chart on the back. it also says that grey hair will have a lighter finish. Well, no it hasn't. I will have to live with this colour now for the next couple months before I dare colour it again. please bring back the old formula.Find out how Clairol Nice 'n Easy compares to other Hair Dyes

I’ve used Nice n Easy for 30 yrs. The new formula has awful coloring to it. I always had medium to dark brown hair. This color turned my hair black with refinish roots. I then tried a lower number and same thing but more red at the roots. My hair texture is dry and rough feeling. Never ever felt like that with the other formula. I no longer get compliments on my hair... only “what happen to your hair”. It looks very, very cheap looking. I will be looking for a different brand. It’s horrible!
Have used this product for 20+ years, new product leaves my hair dry, it’s very difficult to use the cream developer is very difficult to get out of the tube, bring back the old product.
Extremely disappointed. From the messy and cumbersome metal tubes (holding the color), to the infinitesimal gloves.
I can barely find any Clairol colors in Walgreens or CVS.
Something has clearly gone wrong at this company and I'll be switching products.

I've used natural dark blonde for years with a great result always but noticed last time the colour was darker and roots paler, tried again and same thing - darker colour and roots pale. Didn't realise changed packaging meant changed product, how was I supposed to know this ? Definitely won't be using again and will change to different product.
I've been using this hair dye for years but this new one makes my hair very greasy and I've had to wash it after a few hours as it makes my hair dull and greasy to feel what have you done. Gonna have to change to a different make as I'm not washing my hair after just dying it please change it back.

Decoloured my hair first, so I can use a new colour. My hair was reddish brown with grey roots. After decoloured it was rusty with grey roots.after using this 117 it is nothing like the colour...it is nearly black. A waste of decolouring money and time. Then the disappointment of the wrong colour.
This product is completely unsatisfactory as it resulted in almost black hair.
I would love my time and money back, as now I have to do it all over again with a lighter colour.
Funny but Clariol Nice and Easy is recommend by many websites.
