We paid $40 for a quote for repairs to our De Longhi coffee machine. The quote from Coastal Coffee Machines came in at $260 for "required" repairs. The machine has since been repaired by a De Longhi repairer in Brisbane for $60 !!!!!! Needless to say we will not be back and will be telling friends about our experience.
Not impressed at being cheated.
