We were looking for different items in the store. Melita Rose was very helpful, not pushy and very competent. We were completely satisfied with the range of products available. We haven’t received the delivery of our Dining Chairs as yet but completely satisfied with the price. The only criticism is on the wait of furniture. The wait of 10-12 weeks on the chairs and other furniture is far too long! I believe this is the area of improvement but otherwise it’s exceptional customer service.

Our whole experience at Coco Republic was an enjoyable one. Great customer service with friendly follow up. Ordering process went smoothly and prompt interstate delivery including calls from delivery team to notify when to expect arrival.

We were looking for various items in the store. Sarah was extremely helpful, not pushy and competent.
We haven't received delivery of our furniture as yet but happy with the price & our purchases.
The only criticism is the wait on some orders. We would have ordered a table if the wait wasn't 14 -16 weeks with the chance of it blowing out to 20 weeks...far too long!

The customer service offered was fantastic. The staff were really helpful, knowledgeable, & patient. They did not make feel pressured to make a decision. I will certainly be returning to purchase other pieces. I can’t wait to your chandeliers they are stunning!!

I must say I love Coco Republic! However my husband wasn't sold until I managed to convince him to just come and have a look. He liked what he saw and to be honest if it wasn't for the helpful staff and prompt response from Charlie we may have taken longer to make up our minds than a day. Thank you for your excellent service.
The only point which I would like to make is - Coco Republic you should review your delivery options and fees. We don't mind paying for delivery fees but you should review how you price this. Again thank you for the excellent shopping experience.

My husband and I have been looking for a new lounge setting and have had our eye on a leather Coco Republic sofa. What we hadn't counted on was finding our dream dining chairs at the same time! The Miami Dining chairs in Natural are perfect for our home and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. We had wonderful help from the lovely Robyn at the Alexandria store and upon delivery, the chairs were easy to set up - and no additional packaging to get rid of. All in all, very happy indeed with both purchase and customer service. Thank you Coco Republic, we'll see you soon to get our lounge!!

My family dropped in for a quick look at the fortitude valley store, and ended up staying for an enjoyable 2 hours, interspersed with a delicious meal (and cocktail) at the in-house restaurant, and so many fantastic furniture options on display. Bought 2 perfect pieces and some decor items - more than just shopping!

The outdoor section was displayed so beautifully, it was easy to picture The Barcelona on our deck. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the ordering process and delivery so professional. Love everything about CoCo Republic!
