This was the most friendly and efficient service l have seen and on a Sunday morning!!!
Brendan had come out giving me a half hour call before arriving which didn't hinder my jobs today.
He was friendly...explained where the problem was and demonstrated how to use the heating.

Recently I had a Gas Hot Water Service installed. The pre-overseer of the placement etc was done very professionally by two young men from Fawcett Group, followed by arrangements a very prompt follow up of electrician and plumber. All these gentlemen doing their job very efficiently and quietly with not interruption, even took their boots off when they came inside. A first for me. The electrician wiped down the red dust from the wall after drilling. I was extremely happy with my job.

I booked a job to have a new heating unit installed and modification work to existing ductwork on Thursday 11/7/19, in Whittlesea. Shawn and Carlin from Comfyfirst Heating and Cooling arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day to deliver the job required. I would like to thank both Shawn and Carlin for their professionalism, commitment, dedication, thoroughness and polite nature. My home is comfy and warm for the first time ever and they ensured all rubbish was collected and cleared from my property. An Outstanding job from both of them, I would like to thank them and recognise their strong work ethic and tireless efforts to deliver the best service.

These people are completely incompetent. They installed a brand new Bonaire 5 star ducted system that would not work. After several visits back, they told me that a tech from Bonaire would be coming out to see what the problem was. When the tech had a look, he discovered that they had used super glue which blocked an important component, hence the system would not turn on...amateur stuff. They also are very keen to upsell by pointing out what else "needs to be replaced" in your home, and happily giving expensive quotes on the spot for the extra work. Stay away from them for your own sanity.

Zac w and Zac p came to install my new heater, they were very polite,pleasant and obliging. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the operation of the unit very well.

Being nearly 85, my social activity is staying comfortably at home where everything is familiar and life is acceptable. With the gas central heating no longer working, your representative, Kirk, under invoice knumber 27724, has devoted his considerable endeavours to bring my heating loss back to normal by installing a new unit at our house. His artistic approach has left a worthy contribution to our house design Thank you all for efficient service

.Jared also installed new electricity system to make our house safer. Good participation with your staff.

Nick and Zac were on time, helpful and friendly. They explained everything clearly, didn’t put pressure on, and went out their way to fit fixing a bigger job for me that day so I didn’t have to wait. Tidy, on time, and did little extras to help. From explaining and showing me issues with my heater, clearly presenting options without pressure, and then replacing it that day quickly and efficiently and showing me how to use it. A wonderful job, definitely recommend them!

Great job from start to finish, exceed my expectations. The air conditioner was fitted around the time of a heatwave, kept the house cool. Thanks for a well done job.

Don't waste your time with these guys. We had a cavalcade of people traipsing through the house - 5 visits over 7 days. It all could have been resolved on the first visit if they'd sent someone experienced rather than apprentices or inexperienced tradies. Further, no information was shared between them so each time we dealt with someone it was like it was the first time. Dealing with the incompetents in head office was just as bad. Save yourself the pain and deal with another company.

My split system failed on Tuesday afternoon. Rang Comfy First Tuesday Afternoon. A technician was at my place first thing Weds. Very professional, unfortunately A/C was not repairable. Quote was given and expected for replacement. Old unit was removed and replaced with new unit on Thursday morning. Could not be happier. A new unit in two days, fantastic.
The technicians who in installed were again very friendly and very professional.
Took the old the unit away and cleaned up the work site.
Would recommend to anyone.

Josh replaced and installed new air conditioners for us. The boys did an excellent job, were very friendly and professional. We have a baby and they worked as quietly as they could so our baby could have a nap and were very understanding.
