After having my 2 Air Cons serviced by another Air Con repairer who did a crappy job, I got onto Comfy
They came out at allotted time, first guy Brendan tested, found fault, explained procedure and quoted
I accepted quote, then a couple of hours later the refrigeration service guy Shawn rang to say he’s an hour away
He arrived, got to work and identified the 2 leaks, fixed, tested, regassed and tested again
Great job, very professional people to deal with, quick, efficient, would certainly recommend
Customer service very good indeed

Qoute for changeover of dishwasher
Rang for qoute say would come on 9/12/19. Came just a quick look of the kitchen where the dishwasher is, than he requested to look at the hot water system. (could not understand why? At the time) when back to the house. He gave me a qoute of $1147.00. I questioned the qoute, he said that included serving the hot water system and air cond. at this stage he started to loose my trust. I ask him to just give me the qoute of the dishwasher. qoute for $420.00 for a very standard house flat floor dishwasher change over. When I said I have to consider about the qoute and get back to him. He try ask for $49.99 of call out fee. Which I refuse to pay. After anoyher 10 mins of not so friendly discussion, he left with no qouting doc. When I insist him to leave my house.1 comment

Worst customer service.
Called and booked them to check buzzing noise coming from outside fan of the split system - $69 for booking fee in which technician will quote me on repair cost. If repair is required then booking fee will be adjusted within that quote. This is what I was told.
Josh (technician) came and reckons it will be compressor and if the unit is less than 5 years than it can be claimed under warranty.

Great Job
Shawn and Mitch were professional, efficient and explained each step of the installation of our new split system. The new unit is and associated wiring etc has been installed with precision to a standard I have not seen before. Thoroughly happy with the installation and would not hesitate in recommending ComfyFirsty to others. Now bring on the hot weather so we can use enjoy the new system.

Super fast service
My elderly mum's evaporative stopped working on our first hot day in ages, left online query with Plumbfirst at around 8pm last night and pleasantly surprised to receive a call this morning at 7 to arrange a service this same day between 10am and 12pm. Mum was happy to greet the technician at her place at 7:30am after receiving a phone call from him to say he was on his way and checking it was ok to come early, who promptly assessed the situation and arranged for 2 friendly technicians to install a new split system this very afternoon.

Great service again!
Mark From Comfyfirst installed a new air conditioner for us last week. I did not get quotes from other companies because I previously used this company to rewire entire house and later plumb in the new kitchen. I trust Plumbfirst for the quality of both their work and staff. True to form, they arrived on time and did an excellent job with no fuss. The electrician and plumber were both terrific.

Worst customer service experience EVER!!!
I made an appointment with ComfyFirst for an Evaprative Cooler service. Appointment was between 2:00pm and 6:00pm on Monday 4th November, I took time off work to be at home. I called ComfyFirst around 1:00pm to say that I was home if they wanted to come early. I called at 4:00pm to follow up and told that I would receive a call from their serviceman, I never did. I called again at 6:00pm and was told that he was on the Westgate bridge on his way, that was at minimum a 1 hour drive. I waited until 8:00 pm and called again, this time I got there ...Read more
after hours service. No show...The following workday I expected someone to call me but they never did, I called and Kyle who was very apologetic and offered to attend on another day with a reduced rate $100 as per their service commitment. I made another appointment for this morning, I followed up Kyle with calls and text messages yesterday to make sure he was coming this morning and that the work had to be completed by 10:30am because my wife had to go to work, he confirmed that would fine and he would be at my place at 9:00am. Again, No show at 9:00am, I received a voicemail at 10:11am by another serviceman to say that he would be arriving at 10:40am UNBELIEVABLE!! The serviceman arrived around 10:25am he told my wife that his appointment was between 7:00am and 11:00am. My wife had to turn him away because she had to leave for work. This is appalling service from a business that advertises "Satisfaction Guaranteed Service" and "On-Time Or We Pay You $100". Quick service
After ringing several companies who didn't ring back or couldn't service my evaporative cooler for a couple of weeks. ComfyFirst came the same day. Everything was explained what was going to be done for the quote they gave me. Showed photos of before and after service. Well done Comfyfirst
Last week on the on the Thurs 10th the gas ducted heater would not start so i rang plumbfirst an hour and a half
later Josh from B/Marsh was at the front door very quick response well done I thought thanks to him he had the heater up and running again as being up in years my partner and I were very thankful Thanks again Josh for your friendly service Graeme and Wilma .

Zac P and Ryan P were awesome. They replaced all the duct work under our house with great humour and skill - it was a tiny space which needed a lot of dirt excavated and it would have been hard and horrible work. Thanks fellas.

Kyle is a lovely person
Kyle was dealing with airconditioning at a neighbour's house. I asked him to come in and look at my airconditioning unit which wasnt working . He came in and fixed it for no cost. He was friendly and efficient. Thanks Kyle!

horrible aftercare from the customer service
i've recently done my heating unit replace by Dean from Comfyfirst despise of its high rating on product review. after collecting all the payments, ive been chasing for the invoice copy and manual book from them, but after the whole month, i've got no reply or updates on any of these. it's such a waste of time and horrible experience once they got the payments, they simple don't care if there's further inquiries needed from the customer. very disappointing.

Excellent Service
Went through Dean, competitive quote for Heating and Cooling system. All work carried out efficiently at the time stated. Very few issues with communication (there was a lot). Only problems occurred during final install, faulty controller, this was replaced quickly, also damage during install, this was repaired the next day good as new. Good service is always appreciated, but a level above that, is how problems are dealt with and on this occasion that was excellent.

A Great Team
Benny and jayden worked at my house today. Amazing guys. They were so friendly and I would recommend them to anyone. I was very happy with everything from beginning to end of job. I wish all tradies were like these guys. Can't find fault with anything.
