Compfyfirst is using sales techniques that actually border on the unethical. The fees for products and services are double or triplefold what their competitors charge. I am so shocked by this company that I am actually seriously considering reporting it to the ACCC.

Had Shawn and his team come and install our new split systems today. Lovely team, discussed all options with us. Very clean, cleaned up site beautifully after the work. Very helpful demonstration and went the extra mile to get us nice finishes on the installation. Happy customer.

Kyle represented the company very well, a top salesman that had a kind manner without being pushy. Jack and Liam came in good time and again were very well mannered. We really appreciated the time they took to help us understand how to work the new unit. We were fortunate to have an open fire to get us through the 2 days without central heating. Having it Installed so quickly was a real blessing. I have been quiet unwell recovering from knee surgery so to have a warm bedroom to retreat to was very welcome. Jack W & Liam did a great job, very professional and fast. Our new heater and thermostat works great.They cleaned the area they were working and made time to show us how the new thermostat works.

We had gas ducted heating installed, a new hot water system and a drain cleared. Very happy with the service. Everyone turned up on time and explained everything as they went and answered all our questions. Shawn and Zach installed the heating. They were professional and friendly and made the experience easy for us. Matt coordinated it all and everything was done to spec and on time. Thanks everyone.

Jack W and Mark E were punctual and friendly. They installed a new ducted heating system, which so far seems to be working well. They made a decent effort at clean up too which was helpful.

Bought a new bon air heater. First the wrong model and size was installed, luckily I checked and was refunded the excess of a R1000.00. Two months later the unit was not working and a technician was scheduled to sort the problem out. I waited the whole day and in the afternoon I get a call to say that the technician‘s car had broken down. I wasted a day and couldn’t reschedule as I was working the whole week. So I had to do without heating. Poor after sales service I do not recommend this company to anyone. Try larger companies who can back their services

A little bit of mucking around initially to get dates/times right - but once organised all went well. Little hiccup with the on-switch which was quickly sorted out by admin / and guys. I thought I would have trouble, but admin girls sorted everything out quickly and efficiently, and couldn't be more helpful. Purchased the 10 house package, and expect that with the type of service and info that I got initially it should work very well. I am a pleased customer, who really did not expect to be after first hiccups. Speed and efficiency of the guys on site was excellent. I will certainly use them again - and so will the rest of my larger family, especially with the package I purchased.
