Coonara Chateau Series 2
Not worth spending money on.
Poor workmanship, “tinny”, below average materials used, overpriced for what you receive, Baffle Plates do not last, Air inlet in firebox can be accidentally dislodged very easily.
If you can find a 30 year old Saxon Woodheater, pay the money to get that reconditioned and install that instead.
Purchased in March 2021.
Disappointed with reliability
I have a 4 year old Coonara Chateau and have to spend close to $1,000 to have it repaired.
First the Circulation fan capacitor failed that cost $300 to repair. Three days later I now have to replace the combustion fan and the quote for this $600. I was told I was lucky I didn't purchase a later model as they are even more expensive to fix.
Warranty only on fire box other parts unrelaible

Sorry mate you got ripped blind by your repairer, the fans can be purchased from fans and spares in melbourne for less than $200 and a capacitor is less than 10 from any electrical supplier. These are...
