Rude Staff in desperate need of customer service training

Terrible customer service at your Dan Murphy stores. Staff need training in how to treat customers. Just because I look younger than I am, don’t make me feel inferior. I have id and am willing to show you. All you have to do is ask politely. Don’t make me feel like I’m doing something wrong when all I’m doing is making a purchase.

Qld Beenleigh delivery services I ordered four and a half hours ago as a gift and the product still is not here I do have other things to do then sit and wait for a delivery that was meant to be delivered within two hours. I ordered a pizza within that time it took them five minutes lol I'm still so unsatisfied it costs extra.

Dont use online delivery via Endeavour Drinks delivery, part of Dan Murphys online wine ordering

I am quite disgusted at my treatment by Endeavour Drinks, who form part of online orders & delivery through Dan Murphys website. Delivery has not been made when I was at home, despite repeated attempts by calling Endeavour Drinks directly & waiting for long periods. I requested refund 4 days ago which was agreed, and I am still waiting for an email or phone calls to advise this has been done. I will not be using Dan Murphys again to purchase any liquor, I wanted to warn others of this poor service.

I was at the Dan Murphy Narellan store this week, I asked the assistant in the beer isle why Zero alcohol beer is so badly stocked and sold in that store. After a brief exchange, where she called me buddy and mate, I realised that I was dealing with someone who was not “customer focused”, which means the company is not customer focused. Why I choose to drink zero alcohol beer is my choice, however if you are going to promote, stock and sell it then pay attention to detail. Here’s a few tips woollies, 1. Stock the brands people want. 2. Charge less then normal beer, encourage drivers by offering a reward rather then a penalty for buying zero. 3 refrigerate some, some of the craft beers you have in that beer chiller can move aside a little.

Rubbish Delivery Service and Zero Follow-Up

As per Title. I was told that I would get an SMS, or email(?), the day before delivery. Came home to find a Missed Delivery slip in my letterbox. I had to go to a nearby Post Office to pick up the box and walk home with it. I contacted DM's early in December to find out what went wrong. It is now 5 Jan and no response. Avoid!!!

Ordered wine gift pack on line 13/12 for delivery to brothers in melb. TNT continually was contacted where is order. Order not received. $50 on credit. Chose Dan Murphy’s as thought reliable. Not giving up determined to get Money back. Continual messages to different contacts over last week or so. Beware consumers dealing with this company on line. Order number #97174207. My review is very similar to others on here I ordered they claimed attempted delivery’s but I have sec. cameras there where no attempts. Dan Murphy’s customer service where rude dismissive and couldn’t care less they just referred me to the courier who said if I wanted I could pick it up from their depot over an hours drive away. Dans said they would refund me after dozens of calls but nothing happened, so I made a paypal dispute and was refunded. Dan Murphy’s will never receive a dollar from me again.

Warning to everyone

Place an order on 12 December for delivery 17 December. Was told by (name removed) it was broken in transit and would be replaced.
Spoke twice again to confirm delivery on Monday 23 December but only give total nonsense about time of delivery.
Found out today replacement was never arranged and no information was logged at DM
Will not shop at DM or order anything in future

DM, advertise will beat any advertised price. They should make it very clear that the merchant selling the same item, must be within 10km within the store boundary. Strangly, I mention discount is such and such,in Perth, I live in Adelaide, then they match, or say 10km rule. Its lucky dip, depending on the assistant serving you.Anyway one questions there marketing, we match or better any compettion.
