Pathetic
Ordered a birthday present, a month later it still has not been delivered. My account says it has been completed, but tracking only gets it to delivery company. Have emailed several times, to get a generic'we are working on it, will get back to you' type reply. Which then they do not...the whole experience has been a frustrating, expensive loss. Never again

Terrible technology - not intuitive, fails to recognise & deliver to dual residential addresses.
I had to call twice to fix a multi dwelling delivery address issue - as the address could not be found, it defaulted to a difference street number on your website - the order was for : 1/1210 Tamboon Crt Meadow Heights 3048. After near 2 months the delivery remains outstanding. The call centre have also failed to fix this issue which has taken me hours.
Your technology needs an update.

Shattered expectations
Delivery was fine but quality of wine is poor. Not at all as advertised. Undrinkable! I want my money back in return for 9 unopened bottles. The other 2 bottles were opened but not drunk. 1 was given away as a present before I sampled the wine. I feel embarrassed.

Pathetic
Have to say this is the worst online buying site of any description I have visited. Cannot understand how they can project this medium as viable. Stores are okay but WOW! their online site is pathetic, they will be losing a ton of business. Their I.T. guys must be morons!

As foolish as they are dishonest
I purchased wine through Dan Murphy's online, and the company called me the next day trying to instead charge three times the price, and refusing to honour the sale. They then tried to tell me it was out of stock (a lie that they later admitted), and while they initially said they'd come back to me with a reason for not being able to honour the sale, they since have refused on multiple occasions to do so.
They also said they'd refund me (against my wishes - I want the wine), but they haven't even done that. Current status: no wine, no refund, no response/explanation.
It's a dire performance from one of Australia's largest retailers.

Yes, failed order, failed delivery, no explanation, no refund, zero customer service.
This was the first time I have ordered online with Dan Murphy's. Would I do it again?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
I have been charged $66.00 for a product that has apparently 'disappeared'.
No communication about the product, no refund offered, simply the extraction of $66.00 for ZERO return.

Such quick delivery!
We have now had 3 deliveries (2 for us and 1 for a friend) and all were extremely quick. Much cheaper than other retailers also. I would highly recommend them.

Bad delivery -no customer service
Ordered some wine for Mothers Day and when it didn't arrive on time was a little disappointed but understand that it's busy and their website says 5-9 business days and this was about day 6. But as I kept checking the tracking I noticed the parcel was still in the depot and hadn't moved. I emailed both Dan Murphys and their courier company, and no one got back to me. delivered" no it has not, "oh, we'll get back to you when someone gets around to it" and of course no one got back me. So I thought why not email again, so I did and guess what -no one got back to me. Then by some miracle, after 2 weeks the package is dumped on my mum's doorstep, no wrapping that had been paid for, just loose bottles in a busted box. Avoid online Dan Murphy's purchases like the Covid 19!
Worst customer support in history.
Inconvenienced 3 times regarding delivery (Delivery company owned by Dan Murphy's) Twice, drive didn't show up for scheduled delivery & when he did delivery was wrong. 3 days in wages lost, After complaining multiple times, they reluctantly allowed me to swap in-store. Ideally they would of preferred i lose a further $600 in wages and wait for another delivery. No remorse, no apology, no rectifying willingly and no reimbursement for loss of time due to their lack of management, communication and ownership.
But from your local bottle shop! It may be more expensive that dodgy Dan, but the customer service will sure be a hell lot better

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I think I’ve just blown $150 on a present.
I ordered beer and champagne to be delivered and thought it would be same day service. I was shocked to see on the order that it would take 2-3 weeks. How is that acceptable? Never again. After reading other reviews, I’ll be lucky if it gets delivered at all.

Avoid online purchases - they can't deliver
After receiving emails and text messages saying my delivery was coming a certain day between 10:30 and 2:30pm, alas, nothing showed up. A bit annoying, but it happens I guess. I sent a query to their contact centre around 6pm, but about 7pm the courier's tracking updated to show the item as 'delivered - enjoy!'. They looked into it and said it was lost. I reordered, same as above...and a week later it was lost in transit again (but tracking says 'delivered-enjoy!). So that's twice. DM is being let down severely by their courier - as I'm aware after checking the reviews. You should too.

Excellent range and prompt delivery
Excellent range. Could tell me what was out of stock in SA. Could order from another supplier through Dan's. Excellent communication about delivery and LOVE the text message the day before allowing me to delay my order to suit me. So I picked a date when I was home rather than having to go pick it up at the post office or something. Win win.

Dan murphys delivery, absolute debarkle
Used the Dan Murphys online delivery for the first time, and have to say what an absolute waste of time, i am aware that with covid19 deliveries are delayed but this has been over a week and there half an hour down the road. It has been passed via several couries and now no one has any idea where it is.....never again will be using this, an absolute waste of time.

Disappointing for my 90 year old mother who has been waiting for a dozen wines for 3 weeks and there’s no sign of the delivery yet. Have rung them twice so far. They always sound so nice and make excuses but I won’t be using their website again

Delivered 1 x bottle of wine instead of 1 box and 26 days later I am still waiting
I have used Dan Murhy's a few times and they are always slow on delivery but this last time they delivered 3 items and 1 was supposed to be a carton of red wine but it came as a single bottle. I tried to ring them but recorded message said try website, which I did and filled out the complaint form and attached a pic of the single bottle packaging with shipping label. I got an automated reply to say they would look into it and after 5 days I replied to the message and got another automated message saying they were busier than normal and allow extra 5 days. Now it is 26 days and today I replied to the automated message complaining about the delay and the lack of meaningful responses.

4 weeks for delivery and lost item with no support
Great range and prices but customer service refuse to help with delivery problems. They asked me to call couriers instead. I had to call them plus courier plus depot plus courier driver plus visit post office. Why would they not do the contacting. Took me to prove they had mismatched consignment with barcodes and tracking numbers. 2 weeks of calling everyday before finally Olivia agreed with me and proved what 3 others reps couldn’t in 5 minutes. No compensation just a refund.

Missing Vodka
Ordered beer & Vodka back in March. Beer was delivered, Still waiting on Vodka. Australia Post said cant find 3rd parcel so now have to try and get my money back . Poor service

Ordered at 9am, received at 12pm same day......Awesome service.
Still waiting over 2 weeks for my Liquorland order, so I decided to use Dan Murphys online store (Castle Hill NSW). Ordered 12 different wines and a bottle of Fireball Whiskey at 9am this morning. Received delivery at 12:15pm same day. Chalk and cheese customer service. Still can’t get through to Liquorland to find out about my order from over 2 weeks ago!

don't order online
order placed march 31 still not arrived two weeks on, even though email stated it had been sent April 1st. Despite 4 emails have had no reply apart from the standard one. This states they will contact you if you request it - I did - they didn't!!!

Since we live in WA and are only permitted to buy 3 bottles of wine per person per day, and since my husband and I are both over 80 and avoiding going into public places like shops, could I ask whether the following is possible: could we order 3 bottles each of McGuigans Cab sav, each on day one, followed by the same over the next 3 days, making 2 dozen bottles in all. Then, when payment of all has been received by you, could we have the 2 dozen bottles delivered ? Is this possible, please.
