Firstly, a note of a random "security check" came up, AFTER I purchased an order of $142.. without warning. I wanted to speak with a human being but got refferred to Facebook Messenger to a damn ROBOT. How hard is it to return my money, without having to complain? Yeah, so please.. just give me my damn refund.

I ordered products they sent me in an email as member products, when i received my order it was a cheaper different product entirely. I asked to swap this at the store,but they replied the store did not have any of the product. This was confusing why would you advertise a special on a product you lack stock of?
They then offered to send me a return label, this never arrives,then i call them they ask me to accept the product i have i say no again they promise to send return it never arrives.
I believe this is a policy of Dan Murphys that eventually most people would have given up by now.
I was shocked buy the treatment i have received from This rotten company and will shop else ware in future.

Ordered online. Not sure what happened at their end but I ended up phoning every day as no delivery.. when I finally requested a cancellation products were delivered later that day. Hey presto half the order missing so back to complaining again. Do yourself a favour & go elsewhere....

Ordered wine gift pack on line 13/12 for delivery to brothers in melb. TNT continually was contacted where is order. Order not received. $50 on credit. Chose Dan Murphy’s as thought reliable. Not giving up determined to get Money back. Continual messages to different contacts over last week or so. Beware consumers dealing with this company on line. Order number #97174207. I have receipt also.

I had a previous bad experience with Dans on-line service and unsubscribed. Last week I got a call about a great offer so I thought I'd give it a go. Very bad decision. The delivery did not happen as it should have. I've just asked to halt any further steps to deliver in metro Perth and credit the price to my credit card. Dans will get back to me or proceed to credit when they check with their delivery contractor. I buy most of my wine from Vinomofo. Their online system and delivery, while not always perfect, is far superior to Dans. Definitley the last time I'll order anything from Dans online. The stores are good though.

This was my first and last time ordering online at Dan Murphys. Took over a week for an order to be ready. We received several emails from the delivery company "Endeavour" about delay / ready for delivery / another delay. Then receive an email the night before saying stock arriving between 8am and 12pm. We waited and they didn't turn up. Called to cancel Dan Murphys HQ. Person didn't seem to care at all. It was extra effort for them to put in a request to management about how poor our experience had been.
